The bathroom was very dirty I couldn’t wipe due to no toilet paper… and both toilets were clogged, I had to unclog one of the toilets myself to use it. The service wasn’t great tried calling back to get ahold of manager, A guy answered and identified himself as Corey said he was manager very rude to me over phone. Called back later a rude lady answered said she was manager she hung up on me also. I called back after awhile and Corey said he couldn’t give out her name even though she boldy claim to be a manager. Idk who is actually a manager or worker but what they did was very unprofessional.

Stop for a breakfast sandwich here today and at this location rapid City on Haines avenue the service was great and quick which this location has been known to be slow so I think we must have New Management. The lady that helped me his name is Jessica and she was outstanding I actually needed something a water bowl for my dog and she helped me out was very friendly very fast.

My father and I both ordered the number 4 meal, burgers and fries were fresh and hot, cashier and staff are friendly and courteous with a good sense of humor, the front lobby was clean, and had nice music that was quiet enough to have a conversation and loud enough to hear.

Stopped last night and bought a #6 combo for me and a bacon cheeseburger for my dog so told them no condiments, didn’t realize that meant the beef patty. Paid $22.17 for this and was not offered or given a receipt, took a photo of the burger less burger but won’t let me share it here. Stopped on my way to work this morning to see about a refund and manager wouldn’t come to the counter but could hear everything he was saying, nothing he could do if I don’t have a receipt, I felt sorry for the elderly lady that was at the counter having to deal with him, a female stepped out of the office and just stared at me. Rude and unprofessional!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. If you’re a paying customer who needs to use the bathroom before ordering, go to literally any other Hardee’s. A worker at this location racially profiled my father when he went in to use the restroom. He told my father he had to pay first. My father explained that he is 71 years old and can’t always hold his bladder, and the worker still said he would need to order and pay before using the restroom.
My father agreed, went to the counter, put his money down, and began to order. Instead of taking the order, the employee told him to leave immediately and get out. Refusing service to a paying customer—especially after treating him that way—is unacceptable. If this is how you treat people, it’s no wonder your dining room stays empty.
Also if you need to use the bathroom you have to ask for the toilet paper from the cashiers because “people keep stealing the toilet paper.”
