I ordered through the mobile app and both of my quesadillas were burnt, no extra jalapeno sauce that I paid for, potatoes had sour cream even thought I requested no sour cream. I also paid for extra cheese sauce on the potatoes which I definitely didn’t receive. I’ve called the location to resolve and no one is able to help me. Never again. I added multiple hot and mild sauce packets- received ZERO of any sauce. I called Saturday after I picked up and they told me to call back Sunday. I called Sunday and someone took my phone number for a call back and nothing has been resolved.

The food was great! It was hot, tasty, and exactly what I needed.
The SERVICE was not at all. I pulled into the drive thru and after waiting for a minute or two with no response, I calmly said “helloooo?” A voice responded “go ahead with your order!” Very abrasively. I ordered my FIRST item, and the voice promptly said “is that all?” I calmly ordered my second item. When I pulled forward as directed, the cashier (my receipt says quatisha k) was not friendly at all and stated only my total. I paid and when she handed my card, I smiled and thanked her. She didn’t say anything at all no smile nothing. She didn’t say anything else until she handed my my bag and she only frowned and said have a good night.
Because of your drive thru cashier we will probably not be returning.

This is a great location, with a great crew, that unfortunately has to deal with a lot of rude, entitled customers that think the world owes them everything, and can’t have the patience to understand that mistakes happen, and if you’re nice about it, instead of being rude, they will happily take care of you.
I come to this location BECAUSE the crew is great. Literally get off work, put an order in on the app and stop by on my way home. They are ALWAYS nice, quick and even if it takes a little bit because of a line, I don’t mind waiting because that’s how the drive thru works. Plus, you KNOW you have people ahead of you that ordered enough food to feed 4 families instead of going inside to get it. Have a little patience.
Literally my only complaint is when I get extra sauce cups, about 40% of the time it’s heavily underfilled. I don’t even complain about it though, because like I said, it’s a great crew and mistakes happen, and if that is the biggest thing I have to worry about in my day, I consider myself blessed.
Take note Taco Bell, this crew deserves a raise.

So I had two separate orders and waited approximately 1hour before receiving them. The drive through lane line didn’t move for seemed like a season. If you ho inside, they don’t even come to the counter, you just stand there for decades. There was guy back there who wouldn’t even get or say anything when he saw me standing there. Just looked at me as if upset that he would have to lay down his phone and actually work. Black, tall, slim, dreadlocks. And the woman at the drive through window, there were two, but the one with shorter hair, black, darker complexion, kept on putting my orders last. Making me pull up in the mobile wait lane. I had to get back in the drive through line at least 3 times. Then she gave me one order and not the other order. Made me wait again, told me that they would bring it out, but never did. I had to get back in line again. No apology, no concern, and no conscience.
They’re not well ran. Just a bunch of unapologetic, not bothered, not caring people who literally come to work simply to draw a check. They want to be paid for showing up, not to actually work. Horrible food and service. Food was completely wrong and workers didn’t care they made food incorrectly. Nacho bell grande barely had had a chips and was covered in red sauce and not tomatoes. Bean burritos were covered in sour cream something not asked for and onions which we asked to be omitted.

Was told to order inside…. Just now got food at 4:34! That is ridiculous… and people who came in after me go their food before me… also only like 2 employees working. Some lady asked for manager an employee said he was too busy. I’m not the type to complain but that was ridiculous.

We got 3 deluxe boxes, none of the food was remotely warm. Not to mention was told it took so long due waiting on fries to cook. Guess what!! They forgot to put the in the order. All the tacos were on the bottom of the back all broken up and hardly anything on them. This place has gone down hill over the years.

The women working behind the counter on yesterday didn’t take pride in the service they were delivering to the public. The food given to and my daughter was sloppy and they didn’t care. I will not buy food here again nasty attitude having women.

Went to Taco Bell this evening only to be hit with a STRONG smell of marijuana the second I opened my car door. A group of Taco Bell employees and their friends were all smoking pot outside by the trash cans for a long time before the friends drove off in their cars and the employees went back inside (!!!). Nice to know Taco Bell pays their workers to get stoned. Who is managing this place?! (Note: Photos are poor quality because they’re screenshots from the videos I took, which I’ll be sending to corporate tomorrow.)
When I first arrived and went inside to pick up my food, there was no worker to greet or help me. I had to wait at the counter for a while before an employee finally showed up and gave me my order since the rest were busy outside getting high. Needless to say, don’t visit this location.
UPDATE: I emailed Hospitality Memphis as they requested in their reply to this review. They passed on my info to a manager… who never reached out to me and never viewed the videos I sent. It’s been over a month.
Ignore the replies on these reviews that are pretending to show they care. The managers aren’t actually reading the complaints, much less doing anything about them.
