Great food, quick service, friendly staff! While it might not be the “city’s best gumbo” (which is a tall claim around here) it’s definitely up there on the list! The hickory Bacon cheese burger is delicious! The burger was juicy, the Combination of sauces made it one of the better burgers I’ve had in the area. The “famous garlic herb fries” very well may be! They were covered in a delicious garlic herb sauce and were not even soggy!

I enjoyed New Orleans Hamburger & Seafood restaurant! It was bithday weekend with my sister and mother! When you check in by the register you place your order! Then you find a table place your number on your table so waitress can bring your food! I enjoyed my meal and wonderful service! Food was delicious!

There are much better places to eat in the area. This was our first and last time here. The “server” wiped the table down with dry napkins.
The only thing we enjoyed was the spinach artichoke dip and the fries. Everything else was sub par. The chicken parm sandwich was a good size, but it tasted like fish. The chicken strips my toddler got also tasted like fish. Alligator poppers were more of other ingredients than gator. Chicken roadhouse sandwich was so so dry. Hard to swallow dry. Side salad is served in what is basically a sauce dish. Very small. The kids burger was also just two dry beef patties.
Theres free ice cream, but is there really? The machine was not dispensing ice cream while we were there and no one made an attempt to do anything about it.
$100 for this experience? No, Thank you. We couldn’t wait to leave.

OMG! I was Stuffed & Full…. My food was delicious them darn fries with that butter sauce was crazy delicious… My shrimp was fluffy you get 12 shrimp tail on… On top of that y’all ice cream is free.(too fuul to eat any)… I had a #44 daiquiri and it had me Wasted Please don’t drink and drive… I was on foot up the street at a hotel…. Our waitress was the sweetest person ever…

This is probably one of my favorite New Orleans hamburger and seafood locations. My grandma used to live right down the street and so we would come here often. Very good service and very good food. I don’t think we ever had an order go wrong or an issue with service and all of our visits here. There have been a few times at the ice cream machine has been frozen up, but that’s probably my only complaint. We love coming here and will continue to come back.

Excellent, excellent, EXCELLENT restaurant!! The food was fantastic! The absolute BEST boudin balls and fried green tomatoes I’ve ever had! Plus an awesome server on top of the great food! My coworkers and I were very pleased, and we will definitely be back again.

The food was AMAZING, our waitress MO was so friendly with our family. She took the time out of her evening to talk with us, and didn’t just put us on the back burner. The prices were also great! My 3 year old got a kids meal and it was PLENTY to fill her up and gave extra!

It’s not much to look at from the outside, which makes this a bit of a hidden gem. At a glance, some of the nearby restaurants have a bit more curb appeal. But I have eaten at those restaurants also, and this one beats them hands down.

Wait staff was awesome! Mark was super polite and friendly. We felt right at home. Not overbearing either.
The food was fantastic. I had the Shrimpzilla Po’Boy. I could write a whole paper on that. It was incredible. My wife had the Ragin Cajun Burger which was great also. Daughter had the buffalo wings, she loved them.
My sons meal could have been better though the Pasta Alredo was definitely not Alfredo…..it was heavy cream. Not alfredo flavor at all.
That was something we could overlook with all the other things we loved about this place.
Still gave’em 5 stars. We will be back!
