I stopped by for lunch after
visiting the Aplets & Coplets
store and was a little disappointed with the food.

I reviewed the menu and
ordered a chicken sandwich
with tater tots and a blackberry milkshake from
the walk up window.

The menu has, burgers, fish,
chicken, hot dogs, onion rings,
ice cream, and much more.

I received my order in about
fifteen minutes with no
problems.

The chicken sandwich was
breaded and was overcooked
(not moist and juicy)

The tater tots were a little
crispy, but had good taste.

The milkshakes was sweet
and thick with good taste.

Located on Cotlets Way in
Cashmere by the entrance
to the freeway -US 2.

I nice place to stop for lunch
if you not expecting great
food with friendly service,
a nice picnic area and a number of menu options.

Our favorite stop on the way to Leavenworth! The prices are fantastic, burgers are juicy and delicious, fries are so fresh and not greasy. They have a sign that says it may take 10-45 minutes for your order. When we got there it was pretty busy, and our food still came out in about 10 minutes.
Great little drive through!

Fish and chips were to die for!!! Don’t think McDonald’s fast food… Think old school mom and pops fast food. Great things take a lil time so be patient when ordering!

Rusty’s never fails to be good. We have been coming here for years and their burgers are always delicious. Their food is what you would expect from a drive through burger place. Don’t expect salads. It’s plain and simple food but if you are in the mood for a burger or chicken strips this is a great place to go.

Just a heads up, there is no indoor seating! They do have an outdoor seating area with picnic tables.

I’ve always loved classic road trip vibes and if you want the classic Americana road trip experience and happen to be driving through the area, Rusty’s is the place for you! Not many vegetarian offerings and I did get food poisoning here one time but statistically thats not very many times considering how much I’ve been here.

Absolutely vulgar music blaring. The kid agreed but left it on. Not family friendly. The burgers were drowning in sauce and it was all squished flat. The fries were a little better but dry. Won’t be back. This is a management problem. Train the team and have standards. I felt bad for the kid working there.

Awesome burger – the Rusty Burger hits the spot! Onion rings were good but glad we did fries too as they were a little crispy.
Service is slower but they disclaim that it’s because everything is made fresh. Be prepared to wait if there is a line!
Definitely worth the stop if you’re passing through Cashmere and have a few minutes!

Hit Rusty’s rollin’ through Cashmere. Super friendly establishment. Great, classic drive-in food. We got the Halibut and Chips (dinner) and the Double Meat Deluxe. Way more food than two people needed. Could have been plenty full with just the halibut. Perfect amount of coating and lots of fish–fried to perfection. If you like a DQ Blizzard then you will LOVE the Rusty’s Flurry. We got the large. We were pre-warned that it was a quart of ice cream. No joking around. HUGE. DELICIOUS. FULL of the add-ins. We opted to go big or go home and had an Oreo/Peanut Butter Cup/Brownie Bites version….it’s taking some time to get through it there is so much delicious yumminess! Thank you for a great drive to Spokane experience, Rusty’s!! (Oh, and it’s super clean. Most drive-ins have grubby picnic tables, but NOT at Rusty’s!).

Rusty’s makes the absolute best shakes I have ever tasted. I ordered a strawberry-pineapple shake today. It was nice and thick, had fruit throughout and was just delicious.

Rusty’s had good food, and super friendly staff, but they were a little slow, so expect a 30 minute wait. It probably would have been best to order ahead. Given, it was busier than usual, so it may be quicker in other parts of the day. The hamburger was good, and the fishwhich was divine. Be sure to ask for a straw, but other than that, I definitely recommend.
