Staff very attentive, they asked several times how was everything and say thank you for coming when you leave. This location in oarticular donated money to my son’s schoo and they decorated the dining area with the colors of the school. Kids love it and parents too.

This is probably the forth McDonald I have gone to and I have asked for multiple sauces online and every time I get there I ask for them to put extra sauces in the bag then I get my food and no sauce then I ask for some sauces and I only get one. This is McDonalds so you know what the food tastes like, but I’ve always been happy with this locations service which is not true of many others. They have always been diligent and courteous. I’ve actually drive past other McDonalds to come here because I know I am not going to have problems I have with some other locations.

Clearly can’t read or get orders right. Ordered a deluxe no pickle got bacon (not complaining) but nothing else that goes on the deluxe. Only the third time they have messed something simple up.

This place can be good for only 1 manager but when she is not here it is terrible. Today 10/14/25 at 3:50pm i placed an order for a McDouble plain fries fanta cookies and apple pie. I they gave me a burger with 2 patties and no cheese and when i brought to their attention there was no apology no urgency it seemed to inconvenience them they inconvenienced me and i said something about it they didn’t even make me a new sandwich they just took it to back and slapped a cheese on it and called it a day. Very terrible customer service and the patties were cold and tasteless the cheese did not melt at all on the patties it was very unpleasant. Only reason i came here was to bring my son to the play place but the food and service was definitely terrible. At least my son had fun at the play place.

Not sure why this establishment only has 3.5 stars… This McDonald’s is run better than 99% of the McDonald’s I’ve been to, and trust me when I say, I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s in my time. The staff are always smiling, the common areas always cleanly, & most importantly you can tell the folks within enjoy their job.

Yet another McDonalds that no longer uses the ketchup pump. Had to request it at the counter. They brought 4 packets to the table. Fortunately the medium fries were very small. So, all good. Right?

Always poor customer service and poor food quality. I always order a L meal and the L carton to hold the fries is always half empty. I am paying for a L fry for the price of a M. Same with my L drink for the price of a small. The cup is over half filled with ice and the liquid itself is 1/3 of the cup once you remove all the ice. I know McDonalds has their tricks to fool customers, but the people working here are completely robbing you. Not only are they ripping you off, they are rude workers who hate their jobs! Worse McDonalds I’ve ever been to.
