Food is not great. Fries are too greasy. Aftertaste is gross. The price is robbery. Wendy’s has similar fries for a fraction of the price that seem less greasy. Burger was small. Drink prices like a sit down restaurant. Dirty tables. Lots of overcooked fragments in fries. The bag is wet from the extreme grease. I don’t see why there are so many of this chain. They don’t have a meal deal the chain advertises online nor kid’s meals. The food doesn’t make me want it again. I think if I had to list all of the restaurants in the nearby 10 minutes of driving, this would be the absolute bottom. I spent a lot for a fast food experience on a bad day (when they overcook the fries and don’t shake it, then all tables are dirty or loaded with sun). The cashier and one of the cooks being nice was the best thing I could say about the experience.

Oh my god. I had the best burger and fries 15 minutes BEFORE they CLOSED!! I ordered on the app about 45 minutes before I got there, called to tell them I ordered it for “ASAP” by accident instead of putting in the specific time and they said it wasn’t a problem and that they’ll wait to cook my food. Once I walked in, they started on our two burgers and fries and oh my. I’m still dreaming about it. The burgers were perfect with the toppings we chose and the fries were perfectly salty and crispy at the same time. 10/10 the best Five Guys I’ve ever had.

Was waiting for my food and I heard a woman in the kitchen say “one Cajun and one regular, make sure you bag them separately”. After hearing that I assumed I should be good to go, got my order and they didn’t give me Cajun fries.

went to five guys for lunch today. its been a few years since I have been to a 5 guys so I was looking forward to it. but was disappointed not in the food quality or anything the burger was good. my disappointment was in the size of the burger patty. the size is maybe half of what they were from the last time I had 1 so the taste of the burger itself was pretty much lost in the bread and toppings I had on it. a small burger used to be enough for me but now it was leaving me wanting another 1. now if the prices had come down a bit that would be fine but thats not the case they have just decided to cheap out on their customers. I know being only a once in a great while customer this wont hurt you but you have lost me as a customer altogether. again everything tasted as it always has service was great restaurant was quiet and clean my only complaint is the size of the patties

Management would get only 4 stars, maybe 3, but the employees get 5 stars. The food was good and it was hot, always a plus. Their app and confirmation email say you can call and they will bring your prepaid order to the car. After a long day at the playground with my grandson with ASD, bringing the order to the car was so appreciated. I called, and the employee asked the manager, who said this time it was okay, but not the next time. If it didn’t say on the app and the email to call for curbside service, I would not have asked. Plus, I am disabled so every step of energy saved can go to my grandson. I have had my order wrong here before with promises from the manager to make it right, give a refund, etc, and nothing ever came of it. I go here because my grandson loves it. I appreciate the conscientious employees. The manager, Sara? Not so much. The food is good. The employees are great. Go for the food and the hard working employees.

The burgers are delicious and consistent across all Five Guy’s locations I’ve been too. Don’t bother ordering large fries, get a small because they are going to fill the bag either way. They gave me enough fries to feed a small village. I swear I couldn’t even see the burger when I opened the bag.
I recommend getting the “little” version of the burgers. If you get a regular burger it’s 2 patty’s. The “little’s” have 1 patty which is more than enough and you save a few bucks- a little burger and a small fry will be more than you can eat.
