This place has good burgers, unfortunately everytime i order from them it looks like the cook karate chop slapped my burger. They also just dont add toppings one piece of onion scraps of lettuce. Just be better, thanks.

The meat is always juicy, tastes fresh and they certainly don’t skimp on the portion size. The website clearly indicated 10% off if you order online, but the staff proceeded to tell me they didn’t have a website (they do) and that the 10% off is only applicable to delivery (it doesn’t). If you’re going to advertise something, you better follow through. And if you’re not going to, don’t just lie and gaslight your customers.

Awesome local burger joint on Richmond Row with great customer service. The burgers are made to order and the toppings are all awesome. The fancy sauce is to die for! The only part about this place that I’m not a huge fan of is the amount of seating – it could definitely be improved, but this is better in the summer. Overall, definitely worth a shot if you’re in the area and looking for a burger!! If you enjoy Five Guys you would enjoy this and these guys are open late when you need them the most.

The service from this brand is extremely bad. Two months ago, I ordered a burger to my home and it arrived very cold and without the Canada Dry soda I paid for. I called the location, and the only thing they said was “I’m sorry,” and they didn’t refund my money. The fries were burnt and full of oil. Apparently, they changed the manager, because last year everything was perfect.
