Ordered from here on Uber Eats and it was a great price. I got the ham and Swiss chicken pita and the chicken was juicy and tasty. The lamb burger and the buffalo chicken grilled cheese were a bit disappointing though, as both meats were pretty dry. That said, for the price, I’d definitely order again and maybe try something different next time.

This is fast becoming my favourite spot to eat in Waterloo. The burgers are tasty and the bun is always a little chewy which I like. Sometimes the fries are a bit too salty (not today though) but ketchup takes care of the taste. The onion gravy poutine and it was excellent as well. The gravy is a little peppery (although I have a low tolerance) but nice and thick and with a pleasant aftertaste. The curds were of different levels of melted and the fries were done well so that they had a nice crunch. Also the gravy made it most of the way down the tub leaving very few dry fries and enough gravy on the side of the tub for dipping them.
The staff are very friendly and I like hearing them laugh and talk while they are working and the food came fairly.
The toilet was also also clean and the lavender air freshener is a nice touch.

Came with a friend for lunch, got the daily special wrap. Never disappointed, always fresh food and lots of it, good value! Employees are always friendly and provide great service. A great local spot for a bite!

I went there on Sat night, never been there before and my lady friend is always ranting and raving about this place so we finally went.
The restaurant was a cozy, only a few in-house seating available, so I guess most take to go.
I had a double bacon cheese burger with an egg on it, poutine with beef gravy,
My friend had a single with fries with gravy on the side. And a couple drinks.
$57.xx for the bill.
There wasn’t an abundance of patronage, just the normal flow of skip/uber/doordash, and some preorder customers and a couple come in to orders. Our meal took almost 30min to prepare and make ready for us. That to me is a smidge too long and based on traffic/customer flow it really shouldn’t have.
We Recieved our food, at first look it looks yummy, burger is hearty, seemed well dressed and put together, the poutine was in a clamshell on its own. I ordered crispy fries and they were indeed how I requested them.
My friends burger was made well to order aswell.
After the first bit I tasted something a little off putting, I couldn’t place it but I know I didn’t like it. I asked the ladies behind the counter if this is “Maple Bacon”? They did confirm that it was indeed maple bacon. I unfortunately hate the taste of maple, I hate everything to do with maple, and especially bacon. My opinion, my tastebuds, my choice. That right there ruined the burger for me.
My poutine was a full container, crispy fries as requested, but the poutine was WAAAAY TOO SALTY. I don’t know if it was the gravy or just the bare fries. The gravy was a little too thick so it didn’t flow to the rest of the fries it just kind of sat on top and wasn’t hot at all so my cheese did not melt.
But the salt was too much, I could not eat it, I tried but just threw out 3/4 of my poutine.
I wish they would have told me it was maple bacon, and I was disappointed with the poutine.
All in all I probably wouldn’t return to this establishment, just based on these experiences.

Not really my thing. Friendly staff! The food is a little overly greasy, salty and one-note. It tastes very processed but it was a fun experience and alright for what it is.

WOW! The flavours and fresh ingredients made this pita. Made fresh to order – I got the melted Swiss and ham pita. Outta this world delicious. Crispy yummy fries on the side. The pita is so large you could cut it in half and share it-but you will change your mind once you take that first bite. Fantastic place! Thanks team ❤️ for those that are vegan, they have you covered here! Even gravy for the poutine – enjoy ☺️

This is a great place to explore many dishes they offer, I have had a number of things from here & it’s a hit & a miss. Overall I love that they have plenty of options & I do think the poutines are steady good & the wraps are pretty great too!

I really wanted to like this place more, overall it has great potential and was probably amazing at one time.
Today we got a gyro and a chicken Caesar Wrap. The chicken Caesar was good, but the gyro meat was terrible. Like they reheated it on the flat top and forgot about it. The meat was so crunchy I thought there was a foreign object in my wrap until I spit it out and realized it was the meat. The worst part is I’m pretty sure it was the manager that made it, so how did she not know it was overcooked, and why did she serve it anyway? Or maybe she just didn’t notice meaning she’s not quality checking before serving the orders. Either way, they just don’t seem to care.
I like that you can pick your toppings on any wrap, but it slows down the order process. And prices are reasonable.
I’d give them another shot, but wouldn’t order the gyro again.

Great food, the weekly special came at a great price too!! I had the pulled pork poutine, with a bottle of coke and it was good. The gravy had good flavour, the jalapeños added great spice and the fries were good!! Very basic for seating, restrooms were great and overall, a good experience!!
