I love kfc but this specific location sucks. I’ve tried giving them multiple chances to get it right and they seem to be only getting worse. They have extra crispy chicken thats literally soaked in grease, to missing half my order. If they do get me the food it’s the wrong food. The people at this location can’t fallow simple instructions. Even through DoorDash and their own website they can’t follow the instructions. Good luck if you go in at night you’ll probably get ignored for about 10 minutes before an employee finally says they’ll be with us shortly. There is absolutely no customer service at this location. Just for reference in this photo i ordered a number 1 extra crispy dark meat with mash potatoes. Ordered exactly like that I ended up with a leg a breast (they are actually crispy this time) and mashed potato with gravy. So one thing is the way I ordered it. Do better it’s not that hard. that’s coming from some who has worked in the food industry.

We ordered our food on the app for pickup. It was ready for us when we arrived 10 mins later. We decided to eat in and the cashier offered us plates, told us where the utensils and sauces were and was overall very pleasant. Our order was correct and everything tasted amazing! The chicken (original recipe) was cooked perfectly and the biscuits were so fluffy and fresh! Also – the restaurant was spotless, the floor & tables were noticeably clean. Eating fast food is usually a mid experience but our visit today exceeded our expectations. 🙂

Went through on lunch break. Food came out quick so i was good, nope fries were cold, chicken strips have seen better days, got no napkins, no ranch like i asked. Waste of time and money! Food was trash!!!

Got food at lunch time, didn’t get the amount of pieces I was supposed to, my fries were cold and gross, the Mac and cheese was also not warm, the chicken I did get was barely warm. The only thing that was good was the drinks. Very disappointing all around I won’t be back.

The food here is always FRESH and HOT!!! My biscuits are always fluffy, my sides are always fresh and ready to eat. I don’t even have to wait long for my order at all. Not the mention the staff is always accommodating to my request.

On Fridays, me and my family get to pick a favorite place that we get to go eat. I chose KFC it is my favorite place to go. I love chicken. I was going in there to try their new chicken strips with waffles. Oh yeah, my two favorite things I was approached by Brenda. She was very nice. Very kind goes out of her way for others. She needs to be recognized. She has a good heart. She does such a good job. The presentation is so beautiful. It’s so nice and clean there. I love going in here. I can get lots of condiments for free as much as I want. It makes me happy this place is my favorite place to go. I love chicken come and check this place out. Will come back again again because of Brenda she is a very kind woman needs to be recognized as she has a good heart bravo. Keep up the good work. ♀️ ✌️

I’ll start off by saying I haven’t eaten inside at this KFC in a very long time. It’s had to have been at least 10 years, i estimate. I definitely haven’t eaten here since they redid their dining room. With all that said, my recent reacquainting visit here actually went really well. Of course the food tasted really good and everything was hot and fresh. Also, the front counter employees i dealt were pretty friendly. But those things weren’t the biggest things that stuck out to me. The two biggest things that stuck out were how quickly the food was ready for me and how nice the dining room area looks. The food was hot and ready within two minutes after we ordered. I was quite impressed with that. Now, getting to the dining room. As I said, it’s a very nice dining room. The remodel they did a while back ago turned out really good. I definitely look forward to eating here again.

It took 36 minutes to have my order taken at the counter. It was freezing in the restaurant too. The lady running the pick ups, Uber Eats, door dash and the front counter needs a break or they need to hire more front help. Food was ok but got cold fast in the lobby while I tried to eat it as fast as I could. I would have used the drive up but wanted to eat in the lobby. I won’t make that mistake again.

Literally the worst KFC Ive ever been to. I had one bad experience here with very aggressive workers but I let it go, I came again today and the workers are so incompetent and couldn’t fulfill a very simple order of chicken nuggets. Said it would be a 15 minute wait. Seriously? No wonder why KFC locations are shutting down. Not to mention no utensils to eat the other food we ordered so it was cold by the time we got to our destination. Do not go here!

Truly a Fast restaurant with efficiency , along with a Family environment. I was greeted with a welcoming presence and a smile. My food was Hot and ready within minutes, the taste was KFC Perfection and to see the crew getting along with communication was cool to see. I will be returning to this KFC!!
