Dude (employee) making food in the back kept touching his face while handing customers food. When approached by another customer about the issue, was notified that since the order was made with the kiosk, they couldn’t refund the order. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Return to Burger King the first time since I did not receive majority of my order had called five different times and been told that they were emailing us over $30 worth of missing food coupon I keep waiting and waiting still waiting have never received it every time I call I receive the same exact answer I probably shouldn’t have went back but my daughter loves the burgers foods good customer service is awful and if they miss stuff in your order probably not going to get it back at least I didn’t really irritates me when it’s that much money and they don’t do anything they just keep it and lie to you

Only giving a 3 because I like the food but my experience going through the drive thru was awful. Very rude and aggressive and a nice quick hand off of my food out of the window with no eye contact no have a nice day…nothing. Kind of scared to eat my food honestly.

I went in to the lobby to order my phone waited 5 minutes total for someone to help me. My order was placed at 6:44pm there was a worker there swearing in front of a lobby full of customers. I finally received my meal at 7:07pm my order was in a DoorDash bag ready to go for a DoorDash delivery when I was not a DoorDash order. 23 minutes total
Waiting for my meal. My meal was cold fries cold burgers. Not very happy at all.

A very nice fast food place and yes the lobby was open and staff looked full staff and very excellent service. The whole restaurant clean. There were lots of customers too it was a busy noon time. I ordered a large coffee with my meal the woman helping me at counter said she would get me a fresh coffee and did just that so I didn’t have to pour my own at drink station. . We got our food to go and ate at table by the public beach at the lake. The food stayed hot and everything we ordered was there. I thought the new paper large coffee cups flimsy especially for ride in car so be very careful. I miss the big styrofoam large coffee cups they used to have at BK. My onion rings tasty and I got zesty sauce which was spicy hot which I like. My original chicken sandwich delicious and lots of fresh lettuce with just right amount mayo not stingy on mayo. It was a nice place to stop to eat by the lake. I haven’t been to BK for awhile and this BK in Detroit Lakes definitely a good one.

No one at the front to take orders.Had to real long .got in car went to drive throw .and got my order pretty fast.

Ordered through the app, and went to pick it up through the drive through at 9:30 pm. We were notified that they were closed. When we pulled around we saw all the crew members sitting outside on the curb in the drive through lane. We were able to get a refund in the app. Know some good people that worked there during the day, don’t know anything about night shift though.

The food was good, service was good. However, we could hear the people in the back making the food… The vulgar language was a bit of a turn-off. I would have thought that a person in charge that day would have said something due to the f-bombs flying they did not. It was a little bit slower in the lobby, But the drive-thru was packed so I understood why it took a little longer to get the food. I would give it another try.

Went to get a new brisket whopper. Brought it home with one for the wife. Guess what. No brisket . Pretty disappointing. And the wait was super long in the drive thru.
