I walked in with my friend, I greeted the woman at the cashier and asked how she was. She only responded with, “good” and continued to take our order. I said, “thank you” after she handed me the receipt and didn’t say anything back. She didn’t even smile. 🙁 I kept being nice the whole time and said thank you again after i got my food. I even let a coworker get their drink before me. Once I got my food, I did a quick check to see if everything was in there, it looked like it, so I said, “have a good night” and I’m assuming the manager only said it back to me. Once i got home, one of the cheeseburgers wasn’t in there, which is some what my fault if i checked it all the way before i left, but it’s their fault for forgetting to put one cheeseburger in my bag. Once i called the store about the situation, I drove all the way back and still had to wait as soon as I got to McDonald’s for the cheese burger. I still was being nice and still told them to have a good night, and this time they didn’t even say anything. The cheeseburger they gave me was fresh, but all the other food at home is cold now. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s, even if you still try to be nice

Edit –
I’m just now eating my cheeseburger and I ordered it with just cheese and lettuce and it has mayo on it. How did we mess up this bad omg y’all lucky I’ll eat the mayo.

I ordered a larger frappe instead I got a large sprite which I didn’t order I also ordered a sandwich I asked for no tomatoes instead I got tomatoes and they took everything else off I’m highly disappointed nd don’t recommend this McDonald since Dey can’t get their orders right

I used the app to place a mobile order. As instructed, I parked in a spot and paid for the order. It was 4:22. The app immediately told me order was received and at 4:24 it told me that my order would be out in 3 to 5 minutes. I waited, and waited. After about 20 minutes it said we hope you enjoy your order as much as we enjoyed preparing it. Great. Except I didn’t get any order. Since I paid I got in the drive thru line. I got up to the order screen and told them I’d ordered using the app but didn’t get it, the guy said oh, they will get it to you, just drive around. The line wasn’t short. So I finally get up to the window and before the girls could hand me the wrong order, I told her I had placed an order through the app and she had no idea what I was talking about. I handed her my phone so she could see my order. They then threw it together quickly and handed it to me. No apologies, no acknowledgement of it being 40 minutes later. I was NOT happy. Fast food? Ha!

January 2nd, I figured letting the girl with the red undershirt finish a text and give me my receipt wouldn’t be a hassle. More than two minutes pass and she still is in front of the window, facing me on her phone. I gesture her, and she eyerolls (Made sure I saw it) and continues texting. Finally she sets her phone down and raises her shoulders at me. I gesture for a receipt and she complies finally.

It’s 2:35pm. It took me 4 minutes to get a receipt from the person BLATANTLY ignoring me. Do better. Hire better. I’ll never come back to this location with workers this poorly managed

Hey, you guys are in my neighborhood and I went to get a treat for my kids through your drive thru. I understand you were being slammed with customers, but the way I was spoken to through the order speaker wasn’t great (no one swore or called me names) but they made it seem like I was the worst person on the planet because the screen board said Frappe and Big Mac when I was ordering Happy Meals and Snack Wraps. They yelled my order at me when I asked about it and followed it up with “Oh my god-a”

Hey, we have a hard day. I have worked in a fast food line before and because of that experience I know there is a mute button. I suggest you use that function more in the future. I left the drive thru line because I just didn’t want to give money to a place that treated me like I wronged them for just being there. It will probably be a long time before I visit again.

The worst McDonald in Springfield. It’s the closest to my house but I’d rather travel the extra time to not come here. Waited in the drive thru for 10 mins and was told to pull up. Then the worker came and told me they didn’t know I was waiting in anything. Then they started my order. Also there was no one else in the drive thru when I got there. Over 5 cars came and went while I waited.

Waited in the drive through for my food for a long time and was the only car in the drive through. Get my son’s happy meal and he is excited about getting an interchangeable toy that was just released and was the toy McDonald’s is advertising. I went inside to ask the manager if they had any of the interchangable toys since that is what my 6 year old son really wanted. The woman looked at one other toy and was like that’s all we got no attempt to look anywhere else even in the back and have no explanation or showed any remorse and then when I stated about her disappointing my son she laughed in our face and again showed no remorse. Very poor customer service coming from a manager. I will never eat at this location again. Highly unprofessional staff

Placed an order through the drive-thru. The food was hot and ready to go, but every time we go to this McDonald’s, I kid you not 9/10 times we have items missing. My husband asked for 2 holiday pies, only got one. Asked for 2 fries, didn’t get any of them. Ordered my son a kids meal, and our son doesn’t eat apples so there is an option where you can get extra fries, not even substituted, still received the apples. This is one of two McDonald’s in town we always have a problem with. The worker’s are rude (tonight they were polite), and ordered items are missing.

This location never has a working ice cream machine. I don’t know what the problem is, but it’s one of the ones that’s open late and never seems to have a working ice cream machine. I don’t see how that’s possible for such a long period of time. Months and months it has been down. Certainly Management would’ve addressed this issue by now. Or somebody just doesn’t want to do their job…
