Lunch was good. The hostess and our server were both very friendly! Watch out for the extremely hot kids food. I don’t know if it’s all like this, but the tenders and spaghetti felt like they were on fire to the touch. Create your own pasta was delicious, as well as the salad and breadsticks! Convenient to be able to pay at the kiosk that sits at the table.

All of the workers were very kind, I dropped a peice of silverware on the floor, and a man, who wasnt even our waiter, grabbed the item and went back to grab a new one. The food was great. Our waiter was kind, and just overall a great place. Worth the drive from our house.

I got the salad, breadsticks, shrimp Scampi and chocolate lasagna. The salad was ok just a lot of dressing. The breadsticks were divine. The shrimp Scampi wasn’t that good. The shrimp was kind of crunchy and chewy. The noodles were ok just not fully cooked. The chocolate lasagna was AMAZING. Service was great and the atmosphere was classic.

I have been going to this Olive Garden since I was a baby and it will forever be one of my favorite places. The food and staff are always wonderful. The manager, Nikki is one of the nicest people and they will do whatever they can to accommodate guests. Absolutely recommend!

Our soon to be niece had her wedding shower here and it was fabulous! They gave us the back room and provided us with plenty of staff. We had a wonderful time. The staff kept the drinks flowing and salad bowls filled. I don’t know what it cost because we all ordered our own lunches and the aunt who was giving the shower paid for everything. She did a fantastic job decorating. I got a picture of the future bride with my service dog!

My wife and I ate here accompanied by 4 teenagers. The food was good as expected from Olive garden. Service was beyond expectations. We were greeted and seated right away. Our waiter Luke was absolutely wonderful. He was there when needed yet not hovering. He brought us drinks and basically anything we needed without asking. By far the best service we’ve had since I can remember. This young man without a doubt deserves a raise/promotion.

We had ordered take out today at Olive Garden and the app said it’d be ready at 5:05pm. We get there after a text that said “ready in 10 minutes”, and the food isn’t ready. After waiting 20 minutes in the curbside lot, my dad tried to call them and was immediately put on hold for 5 minutes. I tried to call afterwards. The first time, the phone rang and immediately hung up. The second time, the older lady that’s in the front picked up the phone, said “please hold” and set the phone down and I could literally hear her bullshitting with someone in the background, so I hung up and tried again. I got the same lady a third time and told her we’ve been waiting a long time. She said “the kitchen was backed up” and hung up on me.
My dad went inside to get the food and was brushed to the side while people who ordered pick up after us got our food before us. After getting a manager, he was told they were only waiting for the breadsticks and gave us a $25 gift card for the wait – mind you, it’s now 5:52pm, an hour past the estimated pick up time.
When we got the food and came home, the breadsticks and mozzarella sticks were cold. My mom’s fettuccine had spaghetti noodles and no fettuccine sauce and we had to add more. My dad’s lasagna was overcooked and my ravioli carbonara had brown stuff on it that usually isn’t there, and was literally dripping of grease. It was disgusting.
Worst experience ever had. Don’t recommend McKnight roads Olive Garden. Take the trip and go to Cranberry instead.

Perfect place to visit after shopping at the mall. Love their never ending pasta, I get the gnocchi everytime. Their chicken parm is delicious and filling. The drinks hit the spot.
One time I got distracted when I was looking for something I dropped and forgot to tell the waitress to stop adding parmesan, she just kept going. 10/10 for the dedication. They WILL give you endless parmesan if you don’t stop them.

I’ve had some not so great experiences at this Olive Garden, over the past few years, and had really given up on this location and was very skeptical about returning. This time however was completely different. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by staff with a smile and by thanking us for being there and for our service (it was Veterans Day and my husband and I both served). It was obvious the staff were a working in collaboration with each other and they all knew who needed to be seated and, even though it was very busy, we were seated within 5 minutes. Josh was our server and also was welcoming, knew the menu well, and remembered all the little things that can be easily forgotten, like the extra side of Ranch. The food came out so quickly and it was hot, generously portioned, and delicious. I had the best Pina Colada I’ve ever had and I just came back from the FL Keys, so it’s saying a lot that I found the Olive Garden’s to be better. While everything ran like a well oiled machine, we never felt rushed and all employees were so friendly and willing to help customers and other staff. I want to thank Josh for being so kind and making our Veterans Day a memorable one! We went home more than satisfied and happy. The store was also extremely clean. We were in around 7:30 and even the bathrooms look like they were just cleaned and stocked. They even have a step stool in the restrooms for little people or children to easily reach the sink. I will certainly be back!!!
