Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Had breakfast before 11am and the restaurant only had 3 customers and ourselves. It was nice to enjoy some quiet time this Saturday morning. The customer service was amazing, and very clean floors and tables. We spent $14. For breakfast and got ourselves a free taquito with the rewards app. Food was great, and will continue to come visit when I’m Waxahachie.

Went through the drive through the cashier was winging it, finally she says i can’t hear you. I turn off my engine finally get my order correct. I ended up sitting in the drive thru for close to 10 mins. When I get to the window to get my food I ask the girl is my ranch and buffalo in there and she states I dont can you check. Trash service fries were cold and for what I paid I expect exceptional hot food.

The breakfast is amazing most the time but don’t get lunch or dinner. I’m pretty sure there’s just semi-trained squirrels working there by the amount of mustard stained paw prints across my non mustard containing food.

I had to pick up a door dash order from this location on 2/20/26. I walked in at 10:28pm and didn’t receive the customer’s order until 10:53pm. You can’t call yourself fast food with wait times like that. This is unacceptable. Us dashers don’t get paid to wait like that. I’ve had to wait almost every single time for delivery orders at this location and the others in this area. So either adjust the amount of time you need to complete the order, or train your employees to work faster to prevent delivery drivers from waiting so long every time. Y’all aren’t the only business in this area that stays busy, so that isn’t an excuse to fall apart under pressure.

It’s whataburger, so of course it’s great food. It all comes down to the staff and experience whether drive thru or dine in. Ive done both at this location and had no issues and food was great and fast. This location is performed how you want all your fast food experiences to be. Keep up the great work.

Free frys with a patty melt purchase. Not bad. Get the app. The patty melt was greasy goodness. Tasty. The frys were very good, crispy, not soggy, maybe one bad one in the bunch. Service was excellent, but be sure they use your offer or rewards when ordering. The atmosphere was noisy with kids, but it’s next to the MAX theater, so expect it. Surprise that the dine in was fast since there was a long line at the drive-through. Don’t know why people use the drive-through. Guess they like smelly cars and less fresh food.

We ordered our food to go curbside but the order was incomplete and the young lady that brought it out to us didn’t seem concerned. It took me calling back inside to get them to bring the final piece of the order out. Alex the manager was very nice and apologetic.
