As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This location is always a hit or miss so I try to come at times where I know I had a good experience 100% but tonight my food was great as we made it around to our Apple pies they were extremely old cold & chewy and my sons apple pie looks like someone ate all the filling out of it and left it there. I just know someone seen it before it was handed to us Have to do better !!

Ordered 2 combos. Told me to pull around to the second drive through window. Waited for bout 7mins. Just to get home to 2 cold and overcooked half cups of fries. And they were suppose to be large ! I only stay 2 mins away, ain’t no way they got cold that quick either !

Good value for the prices! Fed 4 people for less than $21. That’s Burger, fries, pie, & drink EACH person. Ai takes your order. The cashier was very friendly. Location not super ideal. But is not bad to get to.

I went to checkers late night and I placed my order with the robot okay cool I get to the window im watching them make my sandwiches and my kid burger I needed it to be custom with only two items so im trying to get the lady/man attention to let them know so he won’t have to remake it i got ignored so when she finally came to the window i didn’t even have a chance to tell her everything and she closed it and the man making it gone shake, his head no so I drove off told them to keep it look if imma spend over 20 to 30 dollars i shouldn’t get no attitude or ignored i should be able to get my food how I want it and not how they want me to have it they need to find people that actually, wanna work because what’s going on?

My hamburger had a bite taken out of the bottom bun. You could literally see teeth marks. Other than that. Everything is great. The staff was really friendly. I filled out the link a while back and never received and type of communication.

I’m a Dasher, they only have 1 of 2 drive thru lanes open witch is on the passenger side of the car so u must reach across the whole car to try not spilling a bag that’s to full, no where to hold on to safely. Bad service all around really..Pointless… BUT food is still great!!!!

Checkers is not like it used to be. The food was always good and hot, but this trip is the last. My food was cold and the fries were warm filled with grease. The tomatoes were soggy with no pickles and onions, plus it gave me a tummy ache, I was running to the bathroom til morning. Never going back.

Consistency is key and they seem to be dropping the ball with all these bad reviews. A bad review from one of my fb friends brought me here and I see that’s one thing they’re on top of, BAD REVIEWS. My mother and I ate there Saturday night. The food was excellent. This may sound weird but the drinks were so good too. My mother doesn’t really like fountain drinks but she really liked the diet coke. I ordered a Mr. Pibb and it had more flavor it seems like. Very good. Will definitely eat there again if in the area.
