I had a nice time at McDonald’s 21st & Maize.The team were so nice that they let me take their picture. Starting to decorate a Christmas tree. I felt the Christmas spirit they were creating. Cashier was so lovely I had to give her a hug.

I paid with cash and the cashier did not give me the pennies that would make correct change. When i asked about it, she laughed. That is the equivalent of stealing. You had already asked me if i wanted to round up. I declined. But this is the same thing. The meat did not cover the area of the bun so that one side of the burger was just bread and condiments. I was honestly confused when I walked in as I truly did not know of I was required to order through one of the two kiosks in the lobby or if an actual person would show up to take my order from the front counter. Someone DID come and take my order, and she was kind and helpful. However, it was obvious she was in the middle of another task.

Ordered on the app no pickles add mayo and a mambo sauce. When I looked in the bag no sauce so I asked for it and was schooled about them charging for sauce ….. well pretty sure I ordered it on the app so if there is a charge I should have already been charged right, she said well you weren’t so I guess next time you won’t get a sauce! Like WHAT?!?!? And pickles on my burger and no mayonnaise which I paid for soooo maybe the team should stop schooling paying customers and start learning how to read an order!

I came in at 8:30pm, on March 16, 2023. Two guests dining in. I made three. There were zero clean tables to sit at. I had to pick the least dirt one and clean it myself. Whoever manages this location should be appalled.

Customer service and consistency is amazing at this location, but tonight was a different story. (Consistency wise, employees are still great) ordered around 11:30 PM and received my food a few minutes later. Got home and the nuggets were great as always with this location, but my quarter pounder was a little undercooked. Didn’t wanna take it back and complain simply because I’ve worked fast food before and I understand there’s some accidents that happen. I threw it on my stove and cooked it just a bit more to where it was edible. Maybe the grills need looked at I’m not too sure, but everything else at the location is perfect and I will return another day.
