I really like the turnaround. This restaurant is doing here at this location. The food was fresh and hot. The line was clean and neat. Everyone had a nice smile on their face and the Manager on duty tonight on 2/26/26 was actively managing the shift and that’s what they need more of managing the shift. That’s how you keep everything fresh that’s how you keep the line moving. That’s how you keep people coming in the front door. Great job Homewood team.

As today 3/6/26 was a terrible storm, I decided to wait until the storm was over to go grab me a salad from Chipotle at 9:45pm. As I am currently doing a keto diet I asked the young lady for fajita veggies. She stated that due to the time of day, she couldn’t get any from the back because they are for online orders. I asked for a manager because again, I am on keto and there are limited options I can eat at any restaurant. The manager comes and says she couldn’t use them, the because they are

I’m already frustrated because I am starving. I proceeded to get my food, as I am paying at the register, the girl tells the manager she needs more shells for an online order because she ran out of the ones in the front. What does the manager do, go and grab the shells. Chipotle do better and take care of the customers in store as well!!!! I guess I will now take my business to Chicago Heights and await for the new Flossmoor location in the fall.

The short black guy with dreads I guess he has some kind of authority, tried charging double on everything when I could barely get a regular portion on everything I ordered. He has little man syndrome and just flirts with the ladies on the serving line and serves no purpose. Hopefully he sees this and he can run me my ones.

Spent $46 on 3 bowls and every single grain was undercooked and hard. The customer service was great employees were attentive and polite, the stations were clean.
Very disappointed because I hadn’t eaten all day and just finished a 13 hour shift. When I finally ate the food realized the rice was like eating pebble rocks and realized they were be closing before I made it back to return order.

Terrible service today just left 20 mins ago, none of the workers know what they are doing my bowl barely has chicken or beans mostly rice and tomatoes my son had to repeat hisself several times, one lady put barely a scoop of chicken in my bowl the manger says of you put the scoop down that’s a double scoop when I barely got the FIRST!!!!!the cashier was very rude also!!!!! Gave this place a pass the last few times I went but not today I will not be going back to this location. Photo shows a few pieces of chicken like wow

I usually tip $3-5, i understandits difficulttimes but They need to start telling people its card only and not waste our time waiting in line. Waited in line for over 10 minutes they took my order only to tell me its card only. Had to leave my food and walk out. Last time, I let it go and let them keep the change as tip, but thats not gonna happen everytime especially when I keep getting bad service. Tips are optional & i leave one when im getting good service i shouldn’t be forced to tip because they dont want to give back the change

Very poor customer service. I clearly said no beans, and the employee still added them. When I pointed it out, her response was, “You need to speak up.” That is completely unprofessional. Staff need better training in both listening and customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

Had an online pick up order under the name Martin D. Unfortunately the food was incorrectly made.
I had two bowls. The first bowl was extremely light….. I had 1/2 chicken and 1/2 steak, I did not get the correct portion or size on my bowl at all!!
I do measure and scale the weight of the bowl and it’s very inconsistent to what the website says and promises its customers.
My second bowl was missing the guacamole that I paid extra for.
Upon picking up my order, I placed my order to be picked up at 3:10pm but came in at 3:13pm but I noticed the food had been already ready.
When I got back from work, the food was very cold….
There was four employees. No one acknowledged me at all or said hello. They all looked annoyed. The younger one took forever to even respond to me or notice me.
She had a very annoyed attitude when I asked for some vinaigrette sauce.
The service sucked!
The vibe was off. So was the atmosphere of the restaurant. It was dead quiet and felt very dreadful to be in there.
I’ve placed orders from this location a couple times before since my job is only 13 minutes away.
But let me just say, their portions were very small compared to what I had last time. So whomever was portioning those scoops need to seriously stop trying to scam people out of their money.
Chipotle is not cheap! Very expensive to what I am paying for.
I will make a follow up complaint.
The owner and manager of this establishment really need to get their staff In order.
I don’t care if there’s an economic downturn. Stop trying to scam customers out of the portion sizes. They’re have been getting smaller and smaller.
Also they didn’t add enough sour cream to my order. I specifically asked for extra sour cream. There wasn’t enough cheese at all. Not enough pico de gallo and corn and all toppings.
I asked for 1/2 rice and 1/2 brown rice. Gave me all white rice instead.
I am considering reaching out to the city of Homewood and filling a complaint to get an inspection done.

Just left there. It’s like 8pm there is one girl making bowls for the store and online orders. The manager is just standing there watching and not taking initiative and jumping in to help. They have no ingredients. I believe the chef is just standing there looking at the grill. Once again the manager is fake checking temperatures for food and putting pressure on one employee. Black slim man didn’t get his name. This isn’t fair to the workers. I understand being short staffed but it’s hard to watch a manager not step up to help his workers when they obviously need it it. And he thought it was funny when I asked too. #justiceforthechipotlebaddies in a store full of women you need to step up as a man. Minimum wage doesn’t pay enough to get yelled at by customers because of poor management.

I am a huge fan of Chipotle. I’ll take a steak burrito any day. This location has good and fast service. If only they would dedicate a bit more resources to cleaning the dining room.
