This Valentine’s Dinner was the second fail in a dozen or so visits. Total time sitting on their hard wooden seats, 4 hours. Our group was the first in and 30 minutes early. We wanted to have a drink before dinner. We were promptly told that orders for dinner would not be taken until 6:00 pm. Others began to come in for the dinner. Our order was taken after 6:00. Tables around us, who arrived after us, began to get their food. Yet there was no food coming to our table. Finally it was explained that our order had been lost….in cyber space. Drinks were offered and accepted.
Parties around us were finishing up and leaving, yet we had not received our appetizers. We finally got through the courses at 9:20 or so. I had to send the ribeye back due to rawness and the asparagus had been substituted with brussel sprouts; not my wife’s favorite. Our table mates kindly shared some of their steak to ease our stomach pangs. Once we were all finished, we had to ask for the check. Then we had to realign and dispute charges. Finally we closed out and left…4 hours after arriving.
Thank you for the utter chaos the ruined a Valentine evening. The wait staff were friendly and polite. This has all to do management. Stick with buffets!

The valentines dinner was a disaster that left myself and others disappointed. Dinner started at 6pm many hadn’t received their salad by almost 8pm. The food was nothing special, raviolis were a little rubbery, the soup was lacking seasoning, the “salad” was grilled and only had tomato and bacon on it. Every item including drinks were delivered with errors and had to be returned to the kitchen to correct and then brought back again after a lengthy wait. There were staff all over dinning area but the service was slow and unreliable just like the food. It was extremely disappointing.

Went in for the first time between appointments and sat at the bar. My bartenders Savannah and Stephanie were wonderful and provided me great service! I got the buffalo chicken wrap and it was delicious! The smash burger caught my eye so I will have to get it next time I’m in.
