Took 15 minutes at the drive thru window to receive my mobile order, then when we were 20+ miles away found out all 3 meals had jalapeño bites instead of mozzarella sticks & curly fries instead of potatoe cakes and the drinks weren’t consumable do to over carbonation! RIDICULOUS

Wasn’t quite sure what to expect in a small town Arby’s. The service was excellent and the food quality and taste was great. Restaurant and bathroom were super clean. It did not disappoint!

Older Arby’s along the interstate. Restaurant could use updating. Staff was courteous but not particularly helpful. Restaurant and restrooms are basically clean. Recommend for a quick bite as you pass through.

There is a young man that works the drive thru. I have not gotten his name, but he makes ordering and handing your food with such positive enthusiasm. It was nice to see such good service. Other places in town dont even acknowledge you, or it’s very hard to say thank you. This young man can turn your bad day into a happy one.

There is this boy named Conner in the Socorro NM Store . I’ve been here 32 years and I have never seen anyone clean the place . This boy is giving his 100%, cleaning sealings, grills , places that never seen any sunshine before because it’s never been cleaned. He is very happy, caring and positive. Very professional. Every minute that boy is there is he busting his Butt and I believe this boy deserves to have a high raise because he deserves every penny of it.

I’ve had the Gyro there, which is full of real seasoned Gyro meat, tzatziki sauce, and plenty of vegetables — red onion, lettuce, tomato. I’ve had several other menu items there too. The food is always fresh & flavorful, the service very good for the most part. What more do you want?

If this was the last place to eat on Earth, I’d eat tree bark. Went into one of the dirtiest fast food places I’d ever seen. Should have turned around and found some place else but didn’t . Men’s restroom door knob was broken and it was filthy. The girl behind the counter was clueless and over charged us on our the meals. My wife and I told her about it and she said that the order was closed out and there was nothing she could do about it. The manager which I think was the counter girls mother (she keep calling her Mother every time she had a problem) wasn’t much better. She didn’t want to deal with it. You now know why Arby’s is failing. People who don’t like their job working in them. They only hurt customers and themselves. Never. never going to any Arby’s especially this one.

Walked in, no customers. Took 10 minutes for someone to take an order. Very simple order…2 beef n cheddars, 2 curly fries, 2 shakes. 20 minutes and 4 other customers later, still no food just shakes. They couldn’t fill order even though it was on the screen. No communication. No common sense. No brains. They may have just taken a break at the dispensary next door.
