I understand that ordering Waffle House after 1:30 a.m. isn’t about fine dining, that’s part of the appeal. Using the pickup window is fine. However, not receiving a text that my order was ready and waiting nearly an hour before checking in to find my food just sitting there is unacceptable.
On top of that, my order was incorrect,I did not receive the double hash browns I ordered. I’m not sure if my phone number was written down incorrectly or if the staff was too busy entering receipts into the POS system to notify me, but the result was a significant delay and a wrong order.
Overall, this was a serious disappointment. For a company known for handling high-volume, high-pressure situations well, the day-to-day execution here fell far short.

I ordered 3 waffles and bacon took minutes they put bacon on small plate was hanging off sides and waitress put plate down bacon was on table waffles was soggy tasted like it was heated up in microwave food was horrible service was great tho.

We are faithful customers to waffle house and this was by far the worst food we’ve ever had at any waffle house we’ve been to. Everything was over cooked. Ordered T-bone medium, it was crispy.

The food was soaked with butter and cooking oil. All of the oil from the pork chops drained making the bread VERY soggy. Ewwwww the worse $30 I’ve ever spent. I tried to call them and wasn’t able to get through. A complete waste.

I know a lot of people say “you get what you pay for”, but this is my first time eating at this location…and I was pretty impressed! Service was fast. Food was delicious, and the whole place was relatively clean! I ordered the hashbrown bowl with chicken, bacon, eggs, and cheese, and I enjoyed it!

The food was good. Table was clean, but the floors were a little dirty. To be fair, they were pretty busy and we had to wait a couple of minutes for a table, but even with a manager and about 7 or 8 employees they had a little trouble keeping up with the order volume. There were two customers who stood at the register for about 10 minutes with a menu in hand waiting to order a to go order who still hadn’t been helped before my party and I paid and left. This was about 10:30-11am on a Sunday.
