Food was fine for McDonald’s. Service was fine in spite of the fact that the employees couldn’t seem to keep their hands off their cell phones while working though. I think it would be better if they weren’t using un-gloved hands to scoop fries into fry boxes, pulling their phone out of their back pocket to check their phone and then immediately back to scooping fries. They say that our phones are really dirty and often test positive for fecal material. But it is what it is. Post-Covid motto: “You get what you get and you don’t get upset”, right? But more importantly, your bathroom is ridiculous. You have one handicap stall and one stall is really only useful for a contortionist. I waited patiently for the employee that was watching videos in the handicap stall to finish their break, but eventually I had to use your non-handicapped toilet. It made me question myself and ponder how able-bodied I really am. I studied the situation, and I came up with three options. Option one, I open the stall door and climb up and stand on the toilet seat to close the door. I deemed that to be too risky. Option two, I could enter the stall spread my legs and get into a wide squat, legs bent, with my knees pointed outwards towards the walls and shimmy backwards until I was completely hovering over and straddling the toilet with my pant legs rubbing against what I can only imagine on the sides of the toilet so the door could close. Or option three, I could walk into the stall and just use the toilet with the door open. Which one of these options did you envision your customers using most when you so thoughtfully designed your bathroom? Or do you have a better suggestion?

Very poor hygiene and terrible customer service. I saw a woman put her finger in her mouth and then serve food without gloves. When I mentioned that they should use gloves, they started yelling at me, insulting me, and said they do whatever they want. The manager came out and supported this behavior. Completely unacceptable.”

i ordered a coffee and had to literally throw it out. i just ordered a normal small coffee. this thing is straight creamer, unacceptable to send out to a customer.

The gentleman at the driveup window took my order and was so kind to me today on Feb 11th 2026 at 6:16pm But the woman in the front failed to serve me hot coffee with 10 sugars and 2 cream and then waved me off to go park somewhere! I don’t understand why they cant just please the customer then because I have to wait i have a guy come out and yell at me where to park? Well if your workers would serve customers correctly with a smile we would have no issues!! I had to ask the workers to put cream and sugar in a bag because they cant handle there job? And to try and serve me cold coffee on purpose how dare you do that? You know the customer is going to get upset if t hey have to go back through the drive Through window!

I stop eating in McDonald’s food. After long time I bought a crispy chicken sandwich ( take out from drive through) after coming back home I found inside of the chicken patty was frozen.

For safe chicken, the USDA recommends an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C)
How they are selling this kind of uncooked meal and putting health risk on public ? Does MaDonald have any responsibility towards public health ? They only busy making as much as money possible from general public.

Not a fan of McDonald coffee due to their burning taste but today did not have time to make coffe home. Stopped by this Mcdonald, I had to cancel my coffee order. The drive thru is so long and is not moving, went inside 2 long lines a both registers and no one is taking orders. And on top of that for their burning taste, $2.99 is way expensive for a coffee

12/5/25- manager on shift at 7pm was killing it with his team!! It was crazy busy and they were handling everything so well. I even saw a guy even be ridiculous by eating half his chicken sandwich and then demanding a new one but complained that he didn’t want the chicken anymore and he wanted a hamburger…. They did amazing to handle all the chaos ♥️

SLOW AS DAY. I waited in spot 1 for 20 mins for them to get my order correct. That was after going through the drive through for 15 mins-Fast food,drive through, FOR WHAT!? At least it was fresh by the time I got the good.

Lazy and extremely slow made me wait in line and ignored me for 20 minutes when there were no other customers, then gave me an attitude!! I’ve never felt the need to make a review on a business until today, horrible experience never returning. The staff here is terrible made me realize why i stopped eating mcdonald’s to begin with, and why i need to continue lmao!!!
