Food was as expected from McDonalds but it took 15 minutes to get my food. Coworker waited for over 30 minutes and only got it because he finally went up and complained. Store was clean and nice couple tables had games you could play and was free. But the employees were talking about sexual stuff across the store and was very loud and inappropriate. None of the employees i saw seemed to be in any hurry at all and were rude.

I do not Recommend this location. They got my order wrong twice. No apology was given. Counter person would not even look or speak to me. People in the back cussing and throwing stuff. Food was very old . Didn’t even get a full order of old fries.

We only ever drive through, so atmosphere is what it is I suppose. The parking lot and small area of landscaping is always neat and clean. Service is fast and order is usually correct and hot. The employees seem polite and friendly. Sometimes you just want those fries! The coffee is surprisingly good!

Order my meal through the drive thru at 1:30 am. I asked for the #2 meat and cheese only, I got back to work to eat, and I was given the wrong burger. Tried calling them to fix this issue, but phones aren’t working or is off the hook. Now, my lunch break is over, and half of my food is in the trash.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. I was missing half of my food by the time I got the rest of my food it’s was cold! I paid for 3 large fries and they only filled it half way up. When I finally got home ready to eat this cold food. I realized I had the wrong burger. I can’t believe these people.

I ordered a quarter pounder meal I waited for 15 minutes when it came out it was old they forgot my drink and condiments. When I went in to get condiments there was no one ordering but I stood there and was asked to wait for probably 3 minutes with workers just walking around with an attitude. And it smelled like mildew in there. All to say, I got back to my car and the food was still disgusting.

Went through the drive-through spent over $20 got home and checked our food, only to be missing items and all the fries were poured out in the bag. The pictures attached was supposed to be a six piece kids meal and when I open the box for my granddaughter we find two tomatoes covered with cheese !!! I immediately called them, they told me to come back up there and they will give me a refund. I went back up there the next day the general manager took my receipt and said she would take care of it and did something on the register and said I should get my money back in a few days because it was paid with a debit card. Well, guess what? No money was ever returned to me and the general manager was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever spoke with. I will never go back to the Kennett McDonald’s the service is absolutely horrible and the food is even worse!!
