I have never left a Google Review ever, but terrible service. I ordered online, was told to wait four times while they served someone else who pulled up after me in the other lane. They had a 5 minute order, then I was told to wait another 5 minutes. It shouldn’t take me 20 minutes to say I have a mobile order and 45 minutes for the whole process when no one is even dining there.

I will never go back to the Popeyes in Webster. I was lied too. I bought the 20.00 family meal chicken. I got home and the skin was literally hard as a rock and EXTRA EXTRA CRISPY which I never asked for. When I called he told me to come back and would make it good! I go there and he told me that is how they all are and there was nothing he could do. I have had Popeyes many times in the past and it was NEVER like that. Probably my favorite chicken sandwich in the game. I’ve put off writing this review because the first couple times I went to this location, right after they opened, it was horrible. Slowest drive through experience to date. I think the first time we waited almost 30 minutes in total from speaker to pick up. The next time was better but not great. Now that they’ve been open for a couple months the service is much better! Faster and more efficient. I don’t see the people from the first couple times so I don’t know if they changed staff or management but whatever they did worked! The guy that always takes the order in the drive through, blonde or maybe red hair, is wonderful!!! He always gets the order right and I don’t have to sit there for 20 minutes, he’s got it to me immediately and I’m on my way.

I have never been to a Popeyes and didn’t feel like I was bothering the people working there. I felt the complete opposite here. Very friendly, didn’t rush us and they were so kind to my little one who is a cute handful.
The food was great, quick service and very clean restaurant as well as the bathroom!

I don’t know about previous reviews about this Popeyes but our experience was exceptional. This is the best Popeyes in the Rochester area. I’ve been to every one of them, even the thruway going to Buffalo. It has a clean restaurant, very good hot meals, everything was fresh where I’ve never gotten the cajaun fries fresh. They were actually crispy. Even the restrooms were very clean . We live more than that 30 miles from Webster and this will be the only Popeyes we will patronize. Exceptional !!

Drive thru Service is not good. Waited in one of the drive-thru lanes for several minutes – the employee acknowledged I was there twice – told me she’d get to me soon – nobody was in the other drive thru lane – but you guessed it – as soon as a car pulled into the other lane they happily took their order. This has happened to me twice at this location.
Once again I left and went next door to Taco Bell and Dairy Queen. Both have excellent drive thru service.
My advice is to skip the drive thru and go inside to order.
Or go to the other fast food places for drive thru service.

Absolutely terrible experience. Placed our order for 2 chicken sandwiches, the #1 and #3. We paid and were directed to the second window. After waiting 5 minutes there, a lady told us that the sandwiches would be an additional 10 minutes because the chicken needed to be dropped. At that point we asked for a refund. It took an additional 15 minutes to have the refund processed with the help of what seemed to be the entire store and the “manager” on the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff are not trained effectively.

I visited this place expecting to find some delicious, seasoned chicken. However, I was highly disappointed. I could have easily gone to KFC if I wanted bland chicken. I ordered spicy chicken, but it lacked flavor and was dry. I was struggling to eat it because it tasted like leather. And when did Popeyes become so expensive? Never again!! I’m done

i come here quite often after my shift, and every single time i end up waiting at least 20 minutes for my food. The man working will substitute your missing items with whatever he feels necessary (he doesn’t even tell you) and that’s even if you get your full order, you’ll likely be missing at least half your meal though. if you end up getting lucky and actually getting your food it’s not good quality at all. the potatoes aren’t mixed properly, every single tender is just cartilage, it’s really cold by the time it gets handed to you and they never give you sauce. this dude protects it as if it’s coming out of his paycheck (even when it’s included with your meal.) if i’m spending nearly $30 on food, it should at least be edible and i shouldn’t have to make the 15 minute drive back just to go through the drive thru another 4 times because my order is still wrong. also who substitutes cheesecake for fries??? at least grab an apple pie lol.
update: i am genuinely surprised how whomever works the night shift still has a job, he asks us once again to wait 15 minutes for our food but alas our food is cold, the chicken we were given was not only cold and dry but it was basically unedible! if any higher ups care about keeping this location, REPLACE HIM.
