This place was rather disappointing, the service was very slow even though it was not that busy.
I placed an online order so it should have been ready at the allocated time given, that was not the case. I had to wait and considering it wasn’t busy I was a little puzzled as to why?
Aside from that the food was very dry and overcooked and honestly nit much flavor. Items were missing from my order even though I asked the young lady if everything was there; she assured me it was.
For a first time experience, not good at all. I won’t be returning and surely do not recommend this place.

This is some really good grilled chicken. I ordered a large chicken tropichops all the way for takeout. Upon arriving home i was disappointed to see that there were not any black beans. Fortunately i had a can in my pantry. I also noticed that they did not give me the senior discount. I had ordered inside and not at the drive thru and i am 70 years old . I guess i should have asked. However i will definately go back as the food and the price can’t be beat.

I ordered the 9A 2 chicken breasts rice and beans it looked disgusting like something off of a children’s menu at mcdonald. They are no longer cooking the chicken. Jus reheating pre cooked everything. There were no bones and no meat in what I was handed. I will never go there again. Terrible company. And there was no wait cuz it’s pre-cooked food. Faster than mcdonald. Poisonous junk food

When I arrived in drive through I was greeted by the nicest and welcoming team member, I wish I got her name, she was a black young lady. Service was fast! When I got to the window to pick up my food, the girl who handed it to me wasn’t very friendly. When I opened the box to my food, which I ordered a quarter chicken with rice & beans, my chicken looked like it was leftovers from the day before, it was very overcooked and dry, I was very disappointed! My chicken looked like it was cooked more than twice!! The rice and beans were okay, the portion of the beans are even smaller now. I will not be back to this location!

This location is on point. Even though the drive through line was crazy long, I was able to order inside straight away. I didn’t have to wait long either. I really enjoy the food but struggled eating here because the service is SO bad at other locations. Happy I found a good one.

This pollo tropical location sucks. It’s slow and they ALWAYS forget something or mess up your order. Do not even bother I have given them multiple chances and each time they forget something. Last time my wrap was cold. I’m not even picky or mean so yea.

Just ordered the churrasco regular portion and it only came with literally 5,6 tiny strips of steak. This ain’t it. Last week I went to the location in royal palm and they game me wrong order. I only noticed when I got home. I should be entitled to a refund

Every single time I go there they make a mistake went there today asked for white meat. They gave me dark meat. I called. They said they need a receipt while I didn’t get one, but that’s OK cause next time I go when they make it I’m gonna make them open it up and look inside and make sure I have my stuff because really they suck.
