The dog and I really enjoy the addictive qualities of the McDonald’s brand coffee. This particular branch serves it up fresh and hot… The good news is they don’t charge for a refill and that’s great for us. Plus T.J. always gets treated like royalty and that’s difficult considering the breed of dog he is and how difficult it is for some people to grasp the fact that he is a registered and double duty certified service animal.

Like that song, its just alright. Not great but leaves alot to be desired. Some days are better than others. Its usually clean, as well as the restroom. Decent room to move about even when packed. The food definitely is hit or miss. Some times its fantastic while at other times its more of a salt lick.

Whoever put the wc accessible signs up should be in a wheelchair to see the two doors are not accessible unless someone opens the doors for you. No auto doors, you can try to open it if u have one could hand and wedge your wc in the door & ram yourself in, then if u get in, do it again to get in the second door. So annoying. Not wc accessible for the person in the chair with one hand on the joystick and no use of the other hand.

Had a huge pregnancy craving for McDonald’s chicken nuggets late last night. I tried to fight the urge but found my self headed down state street to satisfy the craving. I rolled up to the window and requested for the nuggets to be crispy and fresh and they exceeded my expectations! Even the fries were fresh! 10/10 for service they were very accommodating. I could tell the staff was exhausted from a long night, but they made my dreams come true . Thanks x10000! You made me and my baby happy!

They are absolutely allergic to giving sauces, even when you’ve paid extra on the app or when it’s supposed to come with your nuggets. Out of 5 visits I’ve never received sauces. They are easily confused, for example if you order no onions they may also withhold the pickles. If you ask for extra ketchup and mustard, they might only give half of what you usually get. And I order on the app, so it has nothing to do with me or how I’m communicating. Tonight was especially horrible, got food around 630pm and not only was there no sauce for the nuggets but the fries were ice cold and the burgers were extremely sloppy, falling out of their wrappers, burnt, and cold. I don’t expect too much from McDonald’s but at least warm unburnt food with sauces that are included.

I went in today and ordered 2 cheeseburgers no mustard. I checked my order (because it’s wrong a lot) and I had only ketchup on my burger. I took them in and explained to the woman I was missing my onions and pickles. She rudely told me onions did not come on the cheeseburgers. I did search McDonald’s website they they do come on them. So the acting manager (who was the only positive experience in the whole thing) rung the order up again for the cooks. Looked at them and showed them the order and clearly said make sure there are pickles and onions on them. I saw them put it on the burgers and assumed they were mine (my mistake for assuming). I get the burgers open and I’ll attach pictures if I can. I had less than 5 onions and one freaking pickle. So essentially by going back I only gained one little pickle. Also the buns were so burnt I couldn’t eat around the outside because they were hard as a rock. I was blown away. Also to add they never entered my code from my mobile app that would have saved me almost $5 on my order today. So make sure before you pay that they have applied the code. Insane. I go to McDonald’s a lot because I have kids. All the ones locally I have major issues screwing up my order. I’ve also tried contacting managers and owners and it doesn’t seem to be any better. Just word of warning make sure your discount is applied prior to paying and don’t leave the parking lot without checking your food even if you have already had them remake it. The manager did put a free pie in for the trouble which he was the only one without an attitude and truly seemed like he cared.

Went around 10 at night but food was fresh and customer service was even better. I have to pass 3 other McDonald’s to get to this location from my house but that is what I will be doing from now on!!!

Ordered a Mint Oreo McFlurry just now. The green flavoring wasn’t even mixed in, it was floating on top. The icecream was melted more than it should have been for just being handed to me in the drive-thru. The cup also wasn’t even full. Mint is over powering and not equally blended. I took a pic after trying to hand-mix it. This was disgraceful on behalf of the staff! Should not charge people for this service.

They really need to slow down a little trying cooking stuff till its done…along with anger management classes…alot of people out there looking for jobs also maybe so knew works that know how to cook or atlest try…will not be going back in this one
