I’ve been here three times. The first time, the burger was phenomenal. One of, if not THE best I have ever had. My favorite part was that the buns were toasted to perfection, and the patties were very flavorful. Unfortunately, the last two times I’ve visited, the buns are barely toasted, and the patties taste a little more bland. It’s still better than most burger places, don’t get me wrong, especially for the price. I got the big cheeseburger combo with a sweet tea and a small shake for $13.58 after tax. I’m just a little dissapointed in the food from the last two times I have gone. Also, the last time I went, the floors were dirty, and there were a couple flies in the window. They seemed really busy, so I kind of understand. I felt bad for the girl up front. I almost gave three stars, but decided to be nice. I’ll update this review next time I go.
Update: they toasted the buns to perfection of my most recent burger from here. I guess they just have good and bad days lol.
Update 2: Tried the drive-thru at 9:00pm yesterday (a Wednesday) with no problem. The double cheeseburger and fries were phenomenal. The ingredients tasted fresh as always. I think you all get the gist by now. I’ll only update this review again if I have a bad experience lol.

The Ruston Location is the best I’ve ever been to. Just seems to taste better , College kids usually working there. Humble and accommodating service. Burgers so that taste so good that you know they are most likely very bad for your health!!! But it’s just pure roadside diner Americana, the real deal. There just aren’t many places like this left. Go if you can. It’s worth every penny!

Stopped in here for a burger while visiting LA Tech for a college visit. Lots of locals knew this was a gem. We had a fantastic cheeseburger combos. I wish I had room for a shake because they looked delicious but I was super full. Service was quick and friendly.
