The place is always busy, but the dishes and sides always seems freshly cooked because of the traffic. If they cook and wait, usually not longer than 5 minutes. My only complaint is the homeless asking for money when you are eating. I don’t mind giving something, but when I’m not sitting down and trying to eat and not smell nothing aside from the food. But I can understand, this is now the norm in Los Angeles. The service is good with speed.

What a disgusting experience!!! I was passing by the area thinking of what to eat, and I hadn’t been to Panda Express in looooooong time BECAUSE of a terrible experience I had before, with their stingy RUDE customer service. I simply wanted to TRY to give them one more chance… and still I encountered the same crap service. For some reason? Panda Express ALWAYS wants to “fight” people and cause unnecessary “tension”, whenever a PAYING CUSTOMER asks them to put a bit more food on the plate (than they do). Cuz Panda is always serving these tiny “portion” sizes. Which is foolish and stingy as ever. I am PUTTING MONEY INTO YOUR BUSINESS AND YOUR PAYCHECK!! So if I ask for a bit more (than the tiny portion size) then PUT MORE DANG FOOD ON THE PLATE MAN!! It’s ridiculous how Panda always wants to give people bad attitude, when they ask for a bit more food on the plate. It’s like they forget? These people WALKING INTO YOUR STORE ARE PAYING FOR your service. It’s not like you’re doing them a “favor”. So if people are PAYING you, and requesting a bit more food on the plate? PUT MORE FOOD ON THE PLATE! Stop fussing about it. People are PAYING YOU MONEY!! So they have a right to ask for a bit more ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE PAYING for the food. The staff here needs to stop giving people bad attitude about it. Also when I asked this young lady staff member, for a sample of some of the chicken I wanted to try? She rudely blurted out at me “WE DON’T DO SAMPLES!” and literally rolled her eyes, looking off to the side, then she looked back at me and said “is that it??” (Asking if I was done with my order)…. I swear lol… at that very moment… I wanted to just walk out of the store, and leave the stinking plate behind. But I was coming from a long trip, and was hungry, and didn’t want to have to drive around to another place. So, I reluctantly just paid for the meal, and left with it. I swear… I am completely turned off by my experience at this store. And it seems ALL Panda Express locations, love to do this “tiny portion size” MESS! That doesn’t even barely fill the plate. And that’s why customers ask for more food on the plate… cuz they barely fill the plate up with food. And you always have to end up getting a side dish or something. It’s ridiculous. I am completely turned off by Panda Express, and their poor RUDE service.

Using the app made it easy to order and get your food from this location. I like that the order is taped shut by a tough sticker that is not easy to remove without damaging your bag. Also, everything you check off on the app is on the receipt (utensils, hot sauce, etc). This location had two doors, 1 for walk in orders, 1 for order pick up.

On 07/20/23, I was not able to get the free promotional small entree included with my online order. The manager was extremely helpful in getting my free entree with my order. Kudos to the manager. Of course, all the food is made fresh and always delicious.

Normally I love panda, just not this location. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing and they barely had any food out. I was forced to get a bowl so my friends behind me had enough food to get served. My bowl had whopping 5 pieces of chicken with fried rice because there was no more Cho mien. I understand they’re closing but if you say you’re open till 9pm, stay open till 9pm, don’t reject customers because you’re too lazy to make more food. This panda was far below panda expectations.
