Typical screwed at the drive-thru you find out halfway down the road your food is cold and who the hell is going to turn around when they’re 15 minutes down the road and try and come back go to a freaking McDonald’s and try and get this rectified this is getting ridiculous for the money they charge for the garbage they serve. Time to start eating in a sit-down restaurant for the same amount of money and actually getting waited on instead of having your food thrown at you in a bag. I imploor the public to stop supporting this place.

Nice dining room!… That’s it. The rest was bad. The staff was the worst, walking past multiple times and would not agnolege our requests for ketchup and drink refills. Went to the counter, each of us tried multiple times, staff hides behind the counter and APP, and would not even agnolege us to get us ketchup or refills. It was like being invisible. Also, food was cold, not even warm. We all love McDonald’s, but this experience left us sad 🙁

I put in an order at 9:11am and sat/waited for it to be called out. I dont like crowds but the drive through was packed and not moving. They called out many numbers, but not my own. I noticed after another number was called, a bag with my number was placed on wait. The red haired girl working alone in front claimed to be new and was obviously being overworked. It took 25 minutes to get her attention and when I did she argued with me about how I must have been in the bathroom so I missed her call out. I never used the restroom. She continued that she couldn’t have made a mistake, and it’s all my fault for not listening. I tried to give her leeway and say that she is clearly dealing with a lot, and I’ve watched her make mistakes in front of me. She was condescending and talked over me repeatedly.
The manager was onsite, and the place still looked like it couldn’t handle 3 orders at once without getting stuck.

I had not been to a McDonald’s in 15 years. Ordered a chicken breast sandwich and immediately remembered why. At first I thought i thought my order had been messed up. My sandwich didn’t look anything like the photo on the menu. It almost looked run over.
