It’s a pity, but this location has gone downhill. They try to save on everything. They gave me a stale Coke. When I asked for a real Coke, I saw the displeasure on the employees’ faces. And when I left for work, I discovered they hadn’t given me a sandwich, even though I’d only ordered two menus . I didn’t go back because I’d already waited about 10 minutes for my order from the moment I placed it to the moment it was delivered. Over the past few months, they’ve been giving me Egg McMuffins instead of McMuffins. When I asked to change my order for what I ordered, I was met with dissatisfaction again. And you know what they did? They threw out the egg. And I had to go back again to get a real order because the product has a taste and smell, and I realize I’m being lied to. One time, I went three times to pick up what I ordered and spend 30 min. Just a few months ago, I was spending about $1,100 monthly at this location and considered it the best in area. Now I only go there when I have to, and I encounter problems almost every time. I’ve been understanding all this time, because I know perfectly well what the service industry is like, but when this happens systematically and I simply don’t get what I ordered, then it’s not a flow issue. Management of this location, I recommend you pay attention to the work of your employees and compliance with McDonald’s standards so you don’t lose monthly revenue.

I like some items on the menu like the original double quarter pounder with cheese, although stepping back and looking at the menu, i think mcdonalds needs to offer more healthy options in what they serve, especially since it has a very large little kid customer base, also the service at this location has not been the best, usually wait longer than normal on the drive thru versus other fast food chains, overall some options are good, but the service provided doesnt entice one to stay and dine in, anyway hope this helps to improve the offerings

I am a tourist staying at the Holiday Inn next door. I went at 10:30 pm to place an order. I was surprised that the door was closed and the restaurant only accepts car orders. I went to the car window to place an order, but the employee refused and asked me to be in a car so he could place the order for me. After waiting for half an hour, he gave me French fries, and when I wanted to pay, he said he didn’t want them and it was as if they were charity. I refused to take them without paying. After that, he charged me. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior, especially with a tourist.
I demand that the cameras be reviewed and that he be held accountable. In addition, his behavior with me was inappropriate, and he asked me to be his girlfriend, among other phrases that indirectly refer to sex.

Standard McDonald’s. No human interaction at this one, it’s all done through a touch screen here. There is a human that yells out your number though. No cashier to take orders any more. This is what McDonald’s has become. Cut jobs in favor of making rich stock holder more money. Location was clean and the order-yeller was very polite. My bagel was a bit stale though, and the hash brown seemed old.
