This place is really slow. I came here just for 4 shakes and it took over 20 minutes. I notice that when you place your order within 3 minutes you get a message on the screen that shows that your server it’s on his/her way with your order but after that is when the waiting starts. I think the employees input the order as on it’s way to look good in the system but afterwards they take their sweet time in getting out your order out. The service is only slow in the Laredo locations, I live by the other sonic and is the same thing. Slownic should be the name of this place. So I will strongly advise you to stay away from this franchise unless you are out of town. This place needs new management. Very disappointed 1 star from a well established reviewer.
