We stopped in for supper about 6:45 and around 50 people
In there on 7-6-24 got seated asap and young gal took our drink order then the so-called boss lady came over and took her drink order again- we got two blue moons and then asked for another shot of Pendalin, which cost me an extra six dollars see below. . She was not as pleasant as the young waitress. I heard some language that didn’t need to be said about table number eight. You figure out the math, we ordered burgers I ordered the fish which nobody could tell me what kind of fish it was, afterwords we figured it was cod and my wife ordered grilled chicken was also very good, our friends ordered burgers they were huge and delicious all the food was pretty filling with a Grest atmosphere and “clean”. see food pictures! but the service could be better especially by the adults as the HS school girl did a great job, As time goes and since they just open maybe more training needed. When we were ready to pay for a bill, I asked for a detailed bill and the cook/manager came out ask what was going on which I felt was good thing! I found out that they charge a dollar per glass of water, which our table thought it was unheard of. We could not recall in any place that was did they and it disappointing.The atmosphere was great. They did a great job remodeling. I believe we got food 15 to 20 minutes.
Overall, we may be back. Good for Murdock and Cass County business. Needs: get an on line menu with prices and table alcohol list on hand since you own a tremendous business in Lincoln. Welcome to CC!

The best Philly I have ever had. Not greasy and very fresh with great seasonings. Same goes for my husband’s Reuben!! Fresh and tasty without a ton of grease!! Great prices.. We could go to a 100 restaurants in Omaha, Bellevue or Beaver Lake.. But, we choose this one more times than not. Well worth the drive…

We were camping nearby and eating here was convenient since it started to rain before we got set-up. We both had burgers and side salads, and everything was very good. They even had Dorothy Lynch salad dressing. The service was quick and friendly. I liked the atmosphere; it seemed kid-friendly but we were not disturbed by excessive noise.

Newly renovated bar that with tons of seating. Great food and lots of drink options. A local said they have the best coleslaw and it did not disappoint. Only about 35 minutes outside omaha so worth the drive!

Arrived at 630 on a Sunday. We all got burgers… can’t go wrong, everyone liked their food. Service was good, very attentive and not rushed. Definitely will be back when in the area.
Only complaint- no kid changing station in restroom. If management see this, plz consider adding one.

Cute small town bar, newly remodeled and very clean, great place to stop for a drink! Moscow mules were great… cheese curds were even better!! Even had the pleasure to sit and chat with the awesome owners, genuine people and good conversation.

Like you would expect, Madsen’s is a good, wholesome bar and grill. Food and service gets a 5 star review. Got the burger and chicken sandwich. Wife gave a 3 thumbs up on the chicken sandwich… good portion… nice and juicy, etc. Go there.

Stopped in for lunch after golf at Grandpa’s Woods. Great atmosphere, lots of seating. Newly renovated- been open for 1 year. Food was great! I tried the Dirty Grilled Cheese because combination of American, pepper jack, corned beef and bacon sounded very intriguing. It was amazing! Would highly recommend this bar and grill!
