1 star all around. Forgot most of my order. Told me to come back and pick it up again. When I told them I could not and wanted a refund they basically told me to bad. I then called the corporate number and was told the store would reach out in 4 business days…they did not. When I called back they told me that they had a note from the location that they would not be following up any further even though they never did in the first place. Everyone in the building claims to be a manager but no one can issue a refund and you can’t get ahold of anyone with the authority to issue a refund. So basically they take your money but don’t give you any food and don’t give your money back…stealing…that’s called stealing. Pictured below is the part of my order I did get. 4 strawberries, barely any sauce, 0 whipped cream. Absolute disgrace.

My best friend and I go in here alot and food is always great. Megan the server is great and always remembers our order everytime were in there. Definitely recommend.

went here there was NO music at all just white noise, food wasn’t good, when i payed the worker didn’t give me back my card until i asked her to (she was gonna let me leave without my card). Place was overall creepy and gave off weird vibes. Used to be super nice establishment it’s a shame it’s no longer that way!

Stopped for breakfast and enjoyed it. There are no ihops near us so while in the area we stopped by. Megan was excellent server. Very happy and accommodating.

Since hiring the new manager Stacy things have dramatically changed.
Things are being taken care of that were concerns about the building issues.
Staff seems to be more interactive with customers, they seem more happy and just the overall attitude of the staff is a whole lot better. Megan will always be our go to waitress she’s phenomenal, we also love Laura and Chelsea.
The food has been much better.
Since Stacy has taken over she’s trying day by day to fix things left for her to fix by the previous manager and in my opinion she’s been doing a great job.

Mold and tiny hairs in their fruit cup. My girlfriend had noticed it and took the fruit out, so you can see it better. Won’t order from here anymore. No hygiene in this restaurant.
