I love taco bell…but i spent 27 in here today and this is the awful quality food i was served. Didn’t even eat the Mexican pizza and the taco’s were so poorly made..this taco bell just doesn’t care! I signed up for the rewards program but if this is taco bell standards now , I won’t be back I also didn’t even get some of the correct items and i waited almost 20 minutes..one person was even making food while on their phone..

The location on S Ferdon, has a terrible time getting your order correct. It doesn’t matter if you go in or through the drive thru. One employee always has a really crappie attitude.

Order what the right stuff but what is these I asked for steak not chicken but that was like whatever but then when I go to ad a little sauce I only get 5 little pieces of chicken I understand portion control and all but this is crazy it mainly bread

All we wanted was taco bell for our whole trip and every other one we went to was rude , didn’t answer drive through and was only doing pick up for delivery. This location gave us very good service . The gentleman at the window was very sweet and welcoming , fast and efficient. The food was loadeddd and fresh. Great job everyone in there. 10/10 !

Tadarius is the man! Never met him before but it was a pleasure to say the least. He knew everything I asked him about and the food he prepared was just like the pictures in the restaurant. The atmosphere was peaceful and upbeat I will definitely be back. It’s been a while since I’ve been into a Taco Bell. Give that man a raise lol

This is possibly the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had (which is saying something). First, no one was there to take our order so we had to use the kiosk. Second, they couldn’t make correct change. Third, an employee cut me off to use the restroom. Fourth, they gave us regular tacos instead of the supreme tacos we ordered and couldn’t correct it. They even made them on broken shells.

This Taco Bell is SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than any other Taco Bell I have been to. The Miramar location has 5.99 build your own box online. This location is 8.50 for the EXACT same box. The food is rarely prepared correctly and the staff is beyond rude if you mention it being wrong.

Amazing service. Excellent food. I took my husband for his birthday. The waiter made it special without embarrassing singing.
We were not in a hurry and never felt rushed.
My iced tea was never empty. The sea bass was amazing.
The salad wedge was really good. I want their blue cheese recipe.

Normally they do just fine, but i just got over covid, had a really bad morning where just every last thing was going wrong, we’ve all had days like that. Then i was looking forward to getting some taco bell for lunch ordered the new creamy chipotle chicken burrito which on the menu is 5.99, only to have the lady argue with me that it only comes in avacado ranch (which is 6.69 not 5.99) so she rung that up and then up charged me .40 cents to make it the original thing i wanted that cost 5.99. the kicker? The burrito with the avocado ranch is listed as $6.69, so not only does she tell me the one I ordered doesn’t exist she rings up the more expensive one then up-charges me further for the other sauce that would have made it the cheaper version so my 5.99 burrito was about to turn into a 7.09 burrito due to idiocy.
Which normally one would just probably not pay attention to and get. But it was the principle of the thing having this lady argue with me that it only comes one way, while i’m quite literally staring at a menu telling me it exists in either form. I swear to god if these companies dont start training their employee’s better or ensuring through drug tests that they aren’t baked beyond reasoning something needs to happen. Because these days no matter what fast food place you go to 9 times out of ten the order is wrong and as a customer that is plain unacceptable. I wound up leaving because i was just done.
