Here is a picture of my “Large Fries.” Looks like a small fry to me—you be the judge. I’m offended and disappointed that I pay extra for things and this is what I receive in return. Customer service and customer appreciation must be a thing of the past. I was not greeted at the window with a hello or a smile. I was greeted with a total and had to confirm the order was for Paul by asking myself. I was going to give this restaurant a one star but the individual who took my order in the drive through was professional and helpful. My expectation is this: if I pay extra for a Large Fry—then I expect a Large Fry.

Burger was thrown together like it went through a “hard-left turn”… everything was shifted. This was part of a truck stop. It took longer than usual to get my two small hamburgers, one plain. The attached bathroom smell very strong… Like pit-toilets…but it was picked up and clean. Just there for a quick stop to fuel up, stretch my legs, walk my dog, and grab a bite.

Go here in the mornings before work time to time. Everytime however, they manage to mess up my order. Without fail. I get two bacon, egg and cheese McGriddles. Why do I ALWAYS get a sausage and then a bacon one? It’s like a joke at this point.

Fast food place should not take 40 minutes to get an order. Glad I wasn’t in a hurry cause this place will make you late. They are only worried about keeping their drive through time low , but they will make you wait. What’s the point if it’s not quick like it’s supposed to be, could have went ate somewhere better for waiting so long.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced no management at all, sat in LINE for over 10 minutes, and they claimed they didn’t know who was working the front counter. The main manager who checked us out was in the back and just disappeared. There is no management skills, no nothing, this is ridiculous. My wife asked for our drinks and got ignored. Will not be returning.

Tried to use coupons we had purchased. Gal at the counter wouldn’t help us. Manager happened to come by and said to order at the Kiosk and select pay at counter so we did. Then nothing happened. Waited about 15 minutes. Gal asked and we told her we had done as instructed but she still wouldn’t help. We gave up and left.

The longest wait I’ve personally ever experienced for my McDonald’s food. Order placed at 10:18 AM and order called at 11:09 AM. A 51 minute wait is a record for me. My hash browns were room temperature. The tortillas on my breakfast burrito were a bit stiff. Coffee was okay though. A consolatory “sorry for the wait” was all that I got. I do not like this place.
Edit: Corporate’s link doesn’t work—at least that only took 51 seconds to disappointment me.

Service is always super slow if you go inside as they prioritize drive-thru and online/app orders. Dining area usually unkept.

Probably beyond their control, but delivery at 230pm almost blocking drive thru when busy from kids getting out of school seems like a poor time to me. Got stuck for a good 10 minutes plus, plus, because their delivery and after school rush. Tried to get order inside, but all digital now and only thru drive through on mobile order. Coffee was delicious though!

Got a Big Mac meal and ate most of it once o noticed a salted DEAD FLY in my fries. I’ve never started gagging after eating till today. I’ll never go back to this McDonald’s. Disgusting.
