After leaving Macy’s at rivertown my wife and I were looking forward to a great qdoba bowl and when we got the server was rude and barely put anything in our bowls. I understand they have portions they can serve up and at the same time how come I can go to other locations and get a good amount and this time we DID NOT get our money’s worth.

So everyone that has the app had the buy one get one entree on app account. This did make for long wait times, however the staff at this location really banded together very well to take care of its customers and communicate to get caught up and continue moving forward as the evening progressed. Our food, when it was received, was hot and very flavorful. Some other customers didn’t appear to be nearly as patient as my wife and I and that is unfortunate. Again, the staff of what appeared to be six people, including management, really worked well together to get everyone taken care of,, including stocking and the cleanliness of the front down the area.

i come in almost every fri-sun on my lunch break with the exact same order idk if the good staff quit or whats changed but this weekend they have read my “no queso” on my nachos & proceeded to put more queso than any other toppings. the first time they remade it & asked “well how do you want it” i want my order how the ticket says, w/ no queso. today i just accepted it bc im not spending over half of my lunch break inside the building trying to get them to actually exclude the queso when they shouldnt be messing it up multiple days in a row to begin with.

This location has worst customer service! Nobody acknowledges or greets you. Definitely not a welcoming experience at all. I walked in today to pick up my carryout order that wasn’t ready when I got there. Stood by the counter while the staff straight up ignored my presence. Stood there and watched them make small talk behind the counter while nobody asked if they could help me. The portion sizes are tiny! Definitely not worth the $30 I spent.

The food was small portioned, the staff was rude and lost. I had to repeat myself (i speak loud) many times. When you fill up the pop, it spills on you. I would wish to make this qdoba better. I love qdoba normally, am a very regular customer.

Came in for lunch and as always the food was great, but there was a bigger white woman on cash that wasn’t particularly nice. I get it, it was the lunch rush and people sometimes have bad days but I had to remind her a couple times of things that were missing from my bag.
Then as I was sitting down to eat, she went to the bathroom with her apron on. A few minutes later she left the bathroom, apron still on and continued work, without washing her hands or changing her apron.
This was very nasty and I probably won’t return to this location because of this.

By far the worst service I have ever received in my life, lady up front was so fiesty and gave out the smallest portions I’ve ever seen acting like she is the one paying for the food. Guy working the cash register was so slow it wasn’t even funny line was backed up so much because of him. Would HIGHLY recommended avoiding this place worst establishment ever.

They are out of chicken, shrimp and queso. DURING lunch. Workers were standing around doing nothing. I ended up getting my kids food but cancelling my order. Tables are dirty, drink station is a mess. They didn’t have straws.

Ordered a salad to be delivered. It’s so, so tiny. Like smaller than a side salad. They barely included any lettuce. They left off half the ingredients and the dressing. No utensils even though I requested them. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Love it here, it’s right by my gym so it’s super convenient. They’re open late too so I come after a late night gym sesh. The workers are nice as well. This nice young boy, I don’t know his name but he’s always there when I come at night, is super sweet and always makes sure I have a good experience. I love the conversations I have with the workers. Not only that but the serving sizes are HUGE and everything is always delicious and they give such a good serving of chips for the price you def get your moneys worth over chipotle.
