First time and wow! Could not have been more impressed. Friendly staff, excellent food! The brisket and ribs are fantastic. And yes, hush puppies! Everything was great.

I ordered the 2 meat meal and the brisket was super dry with almost no smoke ring. The turkey was OK and the fries were good. I smoke my own meats almost every weekend which includes brisket. So I know what a good brisket should look and taste like. The service was adequate but I was less than impressed with the brisket!!

I had my first visit to City BBQ, and Symone made the experience truly special. She was very vocal and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Her service was amazing—she took her time and was incredibly patient with me, making sure everything was just right. I really appreciated her kindness and attentiveness throughout my order. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Nice moist brisket. I had a yummy sandwich with brisket and horseradish sauce and peppers and onions. Also, tried the mac and cheese-it was very creamy. The cornbread was the perfect amount of sweet. My husband had brisket and sausage-the sausage was ok, but brisket was better. He also had BBQ beans-very brown-sugar flavored, and hush puppies, a little more plain and greasy than we like, but overall, would eat again.

Enjoyed my visit, Symone helped us and she was so personable and polite. She greeted us and even said thank you before we left. It’s nice to go out and get excellent service. It’s a rare thing now. I will definitely be going back to the Polaris location.

You can’t go wrong with this City BBQ location. The entire staff are absolutely top notch and friendly and the portion size and quality of the menu items are fantastic. Probably my top menu item is the Pitmaster Nachos. Stacked high with toppings, it’s a fantastic deal for $10.

This place is amazing! Closest I can get to Texas, BBQ and all well coming to a place that makes it a point to remember who you are making you feel special. It’s worth the drive every time and guaranteed not to be disappointing. Tracy is a gem and I’m proud to be a loyal guest of this team.

Recommend the brisket, such a great experience. Melts in your mouth! They called my name to pickup my food before I poured my drink, the service here was outstanding!

Maybe its because I am kind of a connoisseur of BBQ from being judged and winning competitions making my own bbq sauce that has been judged by the kansas city bbq assoc. And traveling the country sampling bbq from all over. Now with that being said…. I believe City BBQ has traditionally held its own. However I think they have grown so fast that quality has gone down hill and now they are just a chain bbq reasturant. The quality of the food has gone down hill and lost alot of flavor. Even the triple chocolate cake just seems commercial and dry, even the corn pudding has kinda turned a little cafeteria. The prices have gone up and the quality and serving sizes have gone down. At this particular location we showed up around noon and the place was not real busy so we expected good food. The brisket and we asked for the fatty part was dry. Looked dry like a peice of beef cooked to long in a pressure cooker. The ribs were very dry, the pork had just no flavor at all and was a little on the dry side. The bbq nachos had virtually no flavor or toppings so I won’t waste my money on that again. Said something to one of the girls who asked how the food was ,and she said Ill say something to em about that. And said she said something and we waited not eating any more to see if they would make things right….. but they must not have cared. So I feel like I could have spent 100 dollars better elsewhere. Hate to leave a review like this but we come from out of town about 2 hours and my wife and I always like city bbq. But now I think we may look for other options. Our last 3 experiences were not that great.
