Missed the 299 exit for a wendys and kept driving to this one with my mom. We needed something quick before heading out to the Casino. The lady that took our order was very sweet! She was also working hard, cleaning tables between customers and taking out the trash. Had no issues, food was very hot and fries were fresh. Don’t know why all the bad reviews, I liked it.

I am very upset, it’s christmas eve and I just wanted to stop to grab something quick for my family to eat, but got the wrong sandwich. I was a manager at a Burger King before this so I know how customer service should be in this kind of establishment. I went around to get my sandwich back the right way, and the lady was very nasty saying that that wasn’t what we ordered. (it was) Not only was the employee and MANAGER both very nasty, but I got my burger back wrong again! They don’t listen to directions or maybe just don’t know how to do their job. I didn’t bother going back around to get it fixed because I didn’t want to receive anymore attitude as a paying customer and I’m trying to enjoy my Christmas eve. As someone who has experience in that field as a manager, Wendy’s should reevaluate their staff!!

Worst service ever I made it clear that my order was the exact same but the one taking the order put it in wrong and said that it was our problem and had an attitude with us while talking about us straight to our face. I have to say I am extremely disappointed. Shout out to the manager for making things right.

Every single time I order delivery or take out from this place there’s ALWAYS an item missing. I just now ordered from Uber Eats and they forgot my burger which was the entire reason I chose to order. The attention to detail at this establishment for both delivery and take out is less than impressive at best.

I visited this Wendy’s location in Autumn 2024 for lunch, dining in to have a Single Dave Combo. While the service was slightly slower than usual, the food was perfectly made and enjoyable. The restaurant was extremely clean and well taken care of.

The Service was not so good.
The woman at the counter was taking our order and the Drive Thru orders. I didn’t know who she was talking with, me or someone else.
Trash on the floor at different locations in the restaurant.
Many tables were dirty.
Had to find a table that was cleaner.
Ceiling tiles were stained from water damage.
The carpet look old,stained dirty.
The one booth was ripped.
Small amount of trash in Parkin Lot.
Lid and straw counter had trash and ketchup on it.
Bathroom had trash on the floor.
The restroom sink had some sort of black stains in the bottom.
Overall the Facility looked like it could use some sprucing up.

Stopped here at noon on a Sunday, following the sign off the interstate for a few miles. Order 9040007. Not worth it. For dine-in we could only order on the Kiosk since the only 2 people staffing this location were way overloaded. A large group came in after us and left when they found out that no one was taking orders. No soap in the men’s room. At least the food was ok. Would not recommend.
