Exceptional customer service! I had so much fun at the drive thru. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and in a happy mood. The whole staff made me feel good and made me laugh. Had to wait a little bit on the food, but honestly I didn’t mind the wait. I’m a mom who just got off of work and the break was kind of nice. They made up for having to wait by giving out 5 star service. And the food? Delicious! Definitely coming back here again

I just had a very disrespectful experience while trying to place an order. I asked a simple question about the meal price after being told that medium cups were unavailable, and the response I received was rude and dismissive.
Customer service matters. Tone and attitude are just as important as accuracy when taking orders, and this experience fell well below expectations. I hope management addresses how customers are spoken to moving forward.

We all ordered Baconators, and none of us had adequate levels of bacon on the burgers. Whether that’s Wendy’s changing their standards or the workers being lazy and giving us whatever was easiest/available is unclear, but I know that other locations have given us more than four half-slices of bacon on a burger whose main attraction is bacon. Not to mention the service was slow despite there being very few other customers, and our order was nothing intricate or complicated. Three baconators meals with fries and frostys. Very disappointed, and we won’t be back.

every time i come to this wendy’s there is always an issue. they’re out of something, they’re forgetting something, they’re extremely slow, or all of the above. tonight i ordered 2 burgers w no cheese yet there was cheese on BOTH. i also asked for sauce and there was none in the bag. we came over an hour before closing, went through the drive thru, and there was no one in line even. so what is the reason ?? only giving 2 stars out of generosity for their coke machine but even then they’re always out of something on that too.

This is the worst Wendy’s I have even been too. Service is slow. They gave me food that seemed like it came out the freezer . My sandwich did not have cheese or onions. I go back in they said oh we don’t have any cheese or onions . So you mean to tell me you just gone serve me these two burnt patties, hard fries and cold nuggets after having me wait 20 mins. Okay can I get refund ? No my manager says we aren’t allowed to refund . So you don’t have the food , took my money and won’t give it back . The store was filthy on the inside food everywhere on the floor, the stoves were dirty everything in there was dirty . They need to shut that place down. The health department needs to come and put some red tape up and I really want my $15.60 back .

We waited 20 minutes to get room temperature food after a long day at work with sleepy kiddos in the car who were ready to go home and have dinner. This is unacceptable. We saw a lot of people bail from the drive thru because they were sick of waiting so long. Please avoid this location and take your hard earned money elsewhere.

honestly, pissed & need a refund. all i ordered was a COBB SALAD, thats it thats all. & they managed to mess that up. so nobody had the meats that goes in the salad at all, huh? a very lazy location.

The staff at night are A+. Everything is always great. During the day, not even close! Management is lazy and the workers are not even paying attention. There’s one older gentleman who works the front counter and poor guy is disabled yet still doing the most. Get it together day shift!
