These people are rude. When they mess up your order and you ask for them to correct it they get pissed at you. I’m not one to be rude or have an attitude so when someone gives me one it hurts. I pay for your food, and service, I just expect to get what I paid for. I always say thank you and please and I get nothing in return from this place. Don’t like your job, go work in a factory where you don’t have to worry about people. But being in a service industry you should have customer service skills and the desire to make your customers happy. I would understand if I had been rude. I expect to be treated as I treat you. You ladies are rude. This is the replacement pie. I should have taken a pic of the last one… the same corners were burnt like they wer left 2 mins past the set time.

Placed an online order and walk in almost immediately to not see my order on the screen or counter. Waited 10 minutes before being asked. My food was very much cold on the counter. Thanks.

I ordered via the mobile app, thinking I was ordering from the nearby Waukegan Rd location… but nope, had to actually leave my car and walk into Walmart. No big deal, took about 3 min to get my order, probably faster than the long line at the drive thru spot. Free mocha coffee thanks to the app – tasted great compared to other McDs. Fries were warm.. not HOT, McDouble was average. Friendly staff too.

When you step into any kind of restaurant, the first thing you’d notice is the cleanliness. In this particular McDonald’s, it is unfortunately filled with flies in the entire back area of the dining section. I had seen that made a few customers leave the area after getting their food in a to go bag and not want to dine in because the group of flies wouldn’t leave them alone. The regular employees doesn’t seem to mind the cleanliness being unclean as they’re not actively cleaning tables or sweeping the floor once the customers leave the tables. I would hope they keep their cooking area clean. Besides the cleanliness of this restaurant at Fountain Square, the employees are courteous and attentive. The food is cooked well most of the times, like fries cooked and served to order. Please, someone with a higher authority than a manager in management for this particular McDonald’s, do something about the cleanliness.

This marks the first time a cashier took our order with one hand while holding her cell phone in the other and typing on t while waiting for us to decide. Then continued to finish he text once we were making payment. Unacceptable and just sad.

Never had a problem here until recently. Ordered a decent size order for the family. When driving off noticed that something was missing. Had to go in. Then opened my fish sandwich and it has some hair on it. Had to go back in. The manager tried to say it wasn’t hair but couldn’t tell me what it was. Okay. We switched out the sandwiches for something else. The issue is the workers are smiling meanwhile they are talking smack in Spanish to each other about me trying to get free stuff. I paid for my order and I don’t want hair on it. Just own your mistake and keep it moving. Remember just because someone doesn’t look like you, doesn’t mean they don’t know Spanish.

really bad only two people working we had to wait for our food which is not a problem but our food was bad because you can tell they were rushing especially the coffee we ordered was so sour no flavor no sugar stop being so cheap and hire more people its not the hard you guys clearly make enough money.

Went through at 9am and ordered 2 breakfast burritos. Got to work and realized they were supposed to be used by 645 am. Hard crunchy tortilla. Dried out egg. What is wrong with fast food these days and the absolute POOR quality of the food. I know it is fast food but, can’t it at least be fresh?
