Stopped in for a quick bite on the way home from Pittsburgh picking up a car.
Applebee’s is never disappointing…. Aside from that one time… But this ain’t that time… This Applebee’s was pretty darn good. Had the steak potatoes and greens. So so tasty.. and the app sampler with one of those cutesy drinks lol… Fancy like… Applebee’s on a date night…

My service was absolutely amazing! My waitress Paige was awesome. I don’t remember the managers name he was a younger gentleman with his hair in a bun but he was also amazing! I informed Paige of my son’s allergies for food and they went above and beyond to ensure he was safe. The manager even came to the table to ask questions to make sure my sons food was safe for him! It was all around great! Even the girls in the front who sat us were so friendly! I’m just so thankful to the entire staff! Thank you all so much!

Nachos were burnt but didn’t charge me, offered something else and apologized. Rest of the food was great. Service wasn’t the greatest, not super busy either. Didn’t clean off table in between meals ( app and our dinner ) didn’t refill drinks

I ordered using a delivery app, and instead of taking responsibility for completely leaving out one of my meals…. They tried to blame the poor kid who delivered it! I watched him get out and hand me, the $90 family order to me. Then was met with the nastiness of “what do you want me to do about it” how about your job. !! Train your staff better in how to complete an order and customer service! Not worth the hype or money!

The place was nice however the food came out cold and burnt. The server didn’t even bring out the food, it was kitchen staff when the place was dead. However as courtesy, I tipped anyway. If you get Shane as a waiter just don’t even bother coming at all, just order takeouts. He has this obsession with talking about himself and his ability to manipulate other staff members, sort of concerning.

If you order the fettuccine alfredo, order extra sauce. Everytime I get this it so dry and you can barely taste the sauce. Unfortunately I forgot to get extra and hope it would be better then the last time with no luck.

We had the pleasure of having Alissa as our server. She was upbeat polite and attentive. We did have a long wait from appetizer to meal and she made sure along with the manager that we were compensated for the wait even without us asking. She did great juggling all her tables and being behind the bar as well I think. She is a 10 outta 10!

Placed an order through Uber eats. When it arrived half the order was wrong. I called the restaurant and they informed me to get a refund I had to deal with Uber eats. I get that part what upset me was the managers unwillingness to apologize. I had to convince him to do so which is completely ridiculous. Own up to your mistake. It happens but don’t deny it and put the blame on a third party that has nothing to do with it. What a shame
