Food was good. Cooked exactly the way we asked. Very yummy. But the reason I wanted to give a review was for the exceptional service. Our waiter, Trey, was absolutely amazing. One of us paid with a visa gift card and accidentally left it behind. He chased us outside to our car and made sure we left with it. He was on point with the service he provided. Felt like he read our minds by bringing extra ranch before we even asked for it. Will definitely go back soon!

I stopped into O’Charley’s on this snowy Saturday afternoon when nearly every place in busy Turkey Creek was closed, and I could not have been more impressed. Only three staff members were able to make it in through the weather, yet the manager Kris, the cook Gary, and the server Reanna worked together seamlessly to run the entire restaurant. Reanna was serving, greeting, and bartending all at once, and still managed to be friendly, attentive, and efficient.
Even with the short staff, our food came out quickly and everything was excellent. They accidentally brought me the wrong dish, and although I insisted that I was happy to eat it, they still made sure I also received the meal I originally ordered. The restaurant was clean, service was outstanding, and the team showed a level of professionalism and customer care that is rare even on a normal day.
Huge appreciation to Kris, Gary, and Reanna for going above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and taken care of.

Our waitress, Jessica was super sweet and quick to serve us. The food was good andit was all around a nice dinner date location. I learned this location does trivia night every Tuesday at 6:30pm. We will definitely be back, not for the trivia game though haha

The food was just ok (average). But it was modestly priced so I guess that is what’s to be expected. The atmosphere was fairly ordinary nothing special. With that said the service was excellent and the food came out pretty quickly. All in all if you want a quick cheap all American place to eat. Then you’ll be satisfied for sure.

There for lunch 12:30. Wondered why only maybe customers at 4-5 tables and waitress had to make sure a table was ready. Waitress was very nice, only one I saw. I had soup and salad, soup not hot, salad lettuce a few croutons on top. My friend had gr ck, small thin piece with grissel. Bread was not even warm. Nice looking restaurant,nice bar area but that’s all , couldn’t believe a restaurant like that in Turkey Creek. Will not go back.

The best thing about this place is the cocktails are cheap. Definitely don’t expect anything more. It’s slop priced up for a restaurant setting. Never order Togo or DoorDash from here the Togo people and servers will completely ignore you while the food is getting cold in the back.

The waiter was slow to come take our orders and the food took forever to get to us .. then once we got our orders she never came threw to check if we needed refills or anything!! it was my mother’s birthday so it was a lot of people at our table I ordered a alcoholic drink and it took forever for it to show up our she wasn’t friendly at all ..she could have received a great tip that night had her customer service skills been a lot better …ol Charley’s is where we have always went and celebrated our family’s birthdays but this time it was really bad and we’re unsure if we want to continue our tradition or start going someplace else

Stopped to eat here despite the bad reviews because I was craving some potato soup and rolls. Walked inside and had to turn around and walk out bc the smell made me gag. Something is wrong with the sewer system and it smells like a dirty diaper as soon as you walk in. Please fix. Now I understand why the parking lot was empty.

A great sit down restaurant with a simple menu of salads, chicken tenders, burgers, etc.
We were seated right away and greeted within a few minutes. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. She refilled our drinks and delivered our food within a reasonable amount of time.
