I enjoyed this location. They were fast and friendly. The place was clean and neat also. The play area was well kept and fun. I could have sat here for the day and been fine. The parking lot is spacious, you don’t have to worry about a traffic jam after grabbing dinner. One of my fav locations to visit in Wisconsin.

Every time i come to this location they are so rude. I just had an experience where the lady in the drive thru gave me very bad attitude, i proceeded to order and told her i wanted a large for all my meals she charged me for a medium and i explained that i ordered larges and she snapped on the workers saying lets make sure were not ringing people up for “mediums because now were just handing out free drinks” and proceeded to shut the window door in my face when im trying to hand her my drink in replace for my large one. And then got more upset with me because I explained all my drinks needed to be a large. ill stick to my regular chic fil a in oak creek.

Not once, but twice am I returning consecutively to get the food remade came in and got a Cobb salad and the lettuce was as brown as lettuce that has been sitting in your fridge for weeks. I bet you the salad was so moist from the juices running off the brown lettuce. granted they always remake my food. It’s the inconvenience of having to come back out and be in that long drive-through line.

Tonight at 7:48pm I went through the drive thru to get dinner and the male worker taking my order was so polite and informative. I couldn’t see the salad menu because a car was in front of me but he pulled out a little pamphlet and let me view the salads and let me take my time. He was very polite when I had questions and he told me to have a good night and he said his “thank yous.” I love this location and all the workers have been kind to me, but tonight the worker was extra nice, he has great customer service.

The workers here are always the most friendly, from the second you pull up and they take your order. They’re extremely nice. The drive-through line normally goes pretty fast as well. The newer summer drink I believe it’s like a dragonfruit lemonade is extremely good, I just wish they had bigger sizes. Food was good and fresh.
