This is my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Salem! Maybe even all of Oregon!! first off is very very inexpensive, but also very good.
The menu is extensive. The choices of Pho, vermicelli, and rice options makes choosing what to eat difficult so I chose two entrees.
The Super Pho was very good but not great. The broth was on the salty side. I’m not complaining but particular.
And the beef sausage and chicken noodle dish was great or plenty of meat and noodles cooked perfectly.
The short rib rice dish was very good. It was surprising how tender the short rib actually was getting. She’s a great touch.
The pork rolls were tasty but wrapped poorly, which is OK since the taste was great.
The restaurant is very clean. The bathrooms are clean. Service was friendly and quick. This is my new go to Vietnamese place in Salem.

Super fast with food preparation and the best price around town for sure . Place is super busy but always have spot for you . I would definitely recommend it

Oh my! Everything was so good! Had a brisket bahn mi (sandwich) the bread was perfect! Lightly toasted and meat and pickles were delicious. Also had the salad rolls! Will be back for sure. We need to try the lunch specials!

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. I have been coming here for many years but it has been a minute. The atmosphere was calm. I had their pork and shrimp spring rolls paired with their delicious peanut butter sauce. For my main dish I had their Beef Pho and it came with side continents to pair with the soup. Also, I tried their tufo from their vegetarian soup and it was flavorful. The kiddo preferred the spring rolls over the grilled chicken. Highly recommend, we will be visiting more often for sure.

One of the best pho places in Oregon!! Very spacious and clean! Foods are very tasty and flavorful. I especially love their lemongrass grilled beef! Quite authentic! I rarely find this in other pho restaurants, or at least not as flavorful like this one!! The service is excellence!!

update 2024: they need to turn on the heat – ate there during the ice storm in January and it was freezing , everyone eating with their coats on. Ate there again early Feb and it was still cold.. ♂️

I had heard this place is yummy and it did not disappoint! I tried a combo with beef, pork and shrimp over noddles- I LOVED the fish sauce it came with. Yummy! The Thai Tea was the perfect balance and sweet treat to end the meal.

Foods are good but customer services are very questionable. We walked in, no greetings or eye contact or anything. The guy in front was just focusing on cleaning the countertop. We placed an order Togo and waited for a long time. I asked the guy in front if our order was ready. He said “ I don’t know” then walked passed me to go clean the other table. My husband was upset so he asked the front guy again. The guy didn’t respond so my husband had to raise his voice to ask him to check on our order. He finally responded with “ Sure”. Very awkward! The other girl kept sweeping the floor right in front of us. We inhaled a good portion of dust. She swept the trash from bathroom all the way to dining area. There was even a piece of toilet paper on the floor. Maybe do these when no customer around?
