I make a pick up order almost every Tuesday I work now and Iv never been disappointed . Started going for the five nights at Freddy box and now I’m hooked real shame the promotion is over tho but the staff here know what there doing. My pick ups are always on point! I read some of these reviews and they are straight up hating. The food is amazing every time I go maybe 3-4 pm is just a good time but it’s always different people and there always amazing. My coworker go and never have issues aswell at various times. Regardless Thank you for always making my pick up perfect and with a smile.

I just got done ballin’ for 2 hrs at this park in Doral & was craving my favorite, spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and extra spicy mayo sauce but that buy 2 for $9 offer ended via the app unfortunately. All good, because Amanda put me on to the 2pc, side, biscuit & medium drink for $7 & asked me was I an rewards member with a chipper energy that made me smile. I said, yes I am. She replied alright then, I’ll make sure to scan your code when you get to the window. That intro was very refreshing because either some locations don’t speak english or/and the rewards machine doesn’t work. Smh. But here, a random pit stop made my night. Thanks Amanda, the food hit and I might be like Megan The Stallion and franchise me a restaurant some day & hire you but pay you $20/hr. Lol.

They barely season the chicken… if people want lemon pepper or garlic parm, that dry rub better season our fingers too. SEASON IT, don’t be shy.

Extremely disappointed. They show the five nights at Freddy’s box in the menu and it’s no longer even available. WHY IS IT ON THE MENU IF IT WAS DISCONTINUED!! The movie literally just came out! They also didn’t have any biscuits or the apple cheesecake of theirs. The two things I also wanted with my meal!!!! IT WAS ONLY SEVEN PM! Very disappointed at what was available. POPEYES DO BETTER!!!

Tried eight different fast Food Restaurants in 10 days – this was the worst. Waited 20+ Minutes asked friendly, became quite unfriendly reply – then they realised their mistake gave me some completely wrong bag. Began again preparing our meal, made only two mistakes this time. Overall it took 40 (sic!) minutes.
My personal impressions:
– unable to operate the cash register
– forgoten the order
– dirty clothes (saw this while waiting 3 employees went to the restroom)
– unfriendly

Among all the places I consider as fast food, this popeyes had the best chicken I’ve ever tasted. We tried the mild classic chicken sandwich and 2 two piece classic chicken (not spicy), all of which were very flavorful and with the perfect amount of crispiness. All of this in the middle of what must have been their busiest day due to a really good deal for T-Mobile customers. My expectations were blown away, and the staff was very friendly and understanding.
Can’t recommend this place enough, get your chicken here and you won’t regret it.

Virginia Gardens, FL. Good team on deck tonight, courteous and efficient. Chicken pieces were smaller than we’re used to. Good flavor though. Beans and rice portion seemed chintzy. Biscuit tasted extra good! Tables had been cleaned. Patrons were nice people. The bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen at a Popeyes!

This is soul food. I wasnt ready for it. I nearly passed out just by the time i got to the mac and cheese. Fries were good, stole a few from my pops. The chicken batter was a little too crunchy and crumbly for my pops. I take off the skin as a compromise to my doctor. But the skin had a nice crunchy consitancy. (I had a nibble) the chicken was hit, fresh, and filling. Next time i should get a regular not large.
