Everything served was barely warm except for the fish. Wings, Fries, veggies all luke warm. Waitress in red, white and blue Bills sweatshirt never even checked on us after we were served. Asked if they had Pepsi or Coke, she said neither just cola. Hostess had to take our credit card for payment.
We will not be back

Go here for roast beef. The rolls are delicious, and I don’t usually eat bread. The atmosphere is quaint. The staff is friendly. You’ll wait a bit for chicken wings which are okay. Not bad,not great. You can get better in this area but the beef in weck- this is the place. It’s pricey but worth it. The tavern cut fries have to be fresh to be good.

This was such a great restaurant! The beef on weck was amazing and so were the buffalo wings. The historic feel is a great atmosphere and you can tell quickly that it’s a local favorite. Definitely recommend!

My mom absolutely loved her hot roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. My spinach artichoke dip was pretty good. The dip itself was sort of flavorless and was especially overpowered by the garlic pita it came with.

I love the atmosphere here. The historic vibe and photos around the restaurant really makes it special.

What could be improved was the phone kept ringing during our visit and it was really annoying. No one answered it, the waitstaff and hostess kept ignoring it.

We had a weekday lunch here and had a very enjoyable meal! The beef on weck was tasty, the burger was huge and delicious. Our salad was tasty and was too big to finish. I love my french fries and theirs are homemade, not forezin. They get special props for that alone!
The place is clean and nicely decorated. Wait staff was attentive and engaging…friendly! A very enjoyable experience.

When my dad called me on a Thursday night craving a Thanksgiving style turkey dinner, I went on a mission to find a place to go! I was thrilled to see Glen Park Tavern in Williamsville offering hand carved turkey on their regular menu!!

Glen Park Tavern absolutely hits the spot—with hearty, comfort-food done right! We came in on a busy night but still had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hostess and our server were both incredibly warm and welcoming. We were lucky enough to be seated in a cozy private spot tucked away by the windows—everything I was hoping for!

The turkey dinner was exactly what you’d want: generous portion, cooked perfectly, and with all the classic fixings of stuffing and mashed potatoes. I ordered the whitefish francais which was fantastic as well!

Glen Park Tavern is a local staple that’s clearly been around a long time for good reason! Can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I have heard good things about this place. We’ve had the exact opposite experience. We arrived around 5:00. The place was busy, we were told roughly 45 minutes for a table. We waited and got a drink at the bar. Another couple of two comes in 10 minutes later and is told two people ahead of them, and within 5 minutes are seated. We are still standing and waiting. Dumbfounded by them being seated. Another 30 minutes and we were finally seated. 15 minutes before the waitress comes over and says “ i don’t know who’s next, so what do you want. I’ll do your drinks and food now”.
We order and 40 minutes later our food arrives. My wife gets a fish fry and i get the chicken and banana pepper sandwich.
My wife eats half and i do the same. Neither of we’re pleased with the food, we both left most of our dinners. Never once were we asked how we were doing or if we needed anything. Our waitress was more interested in saying hi and hugging who i assume are regulars. This was more than a 2 hour “experience”. The host asked how everything was because we didn’t eat everything. When we said we weren’t happy with the dinner she say “ I’ve never heard anyone say that before” with such extinguishment. We told her it wasn’t very good and we were disappointed. Her response was “well… thank you for your patience”. I can only say wow. I don’t know what the draw is. Definitely a disappointment

We absolutely love this place. Its a warm feeling as soon as you walk in greeted mostly by the owners. The food is Tavern Tremendous with the best wings and weck along with an array of traditional dinners like meat loaf and turkey. The bar is THE best -around manned by attentive , awesome friendly and talkative bartenders like Marci-Colton-Christopher and Phil. Its a total CHEERS vibe. It simply cannot be beat!
