Absolutely did not disappoint! After living in a place that closed their only Popeyes down years ago, I was so excited to finally get my hands on the food here. It was so delicious and cooked just right. That crunch on the chicken can’t be beat! Now I’m craving it all the time. My favorite is the spicy flavor. I missed the mashed potatoes and gravy as well. Was thoroughly satisfied with my food.

We ordered through the app and when we arrived, we were told we had to wait because they were cooking our food. We got the food 10 min later and when we got hone, which is just around the corner, everything was dry. The chicken, sides, biscuit all tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I am so disappointed because this location is normally so good. Never again

In my area, there are two Popeyes and this one had built a reputation that I can say wasn’t the best. Over a two weeks span, I’ve found myself ordering at this location and tonight I especially needed them to grab a late night dinner. Long story short management was very accommodating. Service went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t be more thankful. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

I ordered online and I ordered the new Hot Ones Chicken Sandwich among other things. When I got there to pick my order up, I was told that the sandwich was no longer available. Even though it was advertised all over the place. I asked the manager if I could have a refund for the sandwich and she chuckled and told me she didn’t feel like doing a refund for an online and offered me something else to replace it. I told her I wanted the Hot ones dippers and she said okay then gave me regular dippers even though I asked her for the hot ones dippers with blackened ranch. I did not like her service and I did not like her telling me she didn’t feel like doing a refund when that’s her job!

It has become a vicious habit for the management and employees at this location to give its customers bad service. When there is a problem and you try to contact them, either the phone continues to ring with no response or when you call and the line immediately cuts off. This is NO WAY to run a business. They continue to give you the wrong order or just blatantly lie to your face. They can’t be trusted to give you the correct food, so you definitely need to check your food before you drive off. About two weeks ago they messed up our order and my husband called back and was told by a person who identified themselves as a manager, to just bring in his receipt and they would replace the order. When he went there with his receipt the following day, he asked for the manager and when he spoke with the manager that was there at that time, he presented the receipt and the manager refused to believe him and basically treated him like a criminal and turned him away. Totally RIDICULOUS! Tonight, we went there and placed our order, the $6 meal box. We asked for spicy chicken and red beans and rice for both sides. We also requested honey. When we got to the window, the guy tried to give us somebody else’s order. We had to remind him of what we ordered. He looked totally confused! We sat there for about 5 minutes and he came back to the window and handed us the bag. My husband asked him if he put honey inside the bag and he said yes. I looked in the bag and saw that there was no honey in the bag, My husband told him that there wasn’t any in the bag. After that he told us that they didn’t have any honey. So I asked him why he lied and he didn’t say a word! He stood there and looked stupid! Who does that??? That location sucks big time and what’s so sad is that it doesn’t have to be that way. With better management and work ethics this restaurant could be well above average. Most importantly, they should act like they give a damn about their customers. Without us, that restaurant wouldn’t exist. To make things even better, answer the damn phone!!!

This is by far the worst Popeyes in the state of Texas. I just ordered food on DoorDash and they sent me the oldest hardest wings that I’ve ever seen & door dash is refusing to refund so I will be utilizing uber eats instead. It is extremely unfortunate that Popeyes prides itself on providing Fresh tasty chicken yet they hire workers who could care less about their mission and constantly provide customers with low quality food. Do not order from here, trash, trash, trash, trash.

Walked it and it wasn’t too busy inside, outside maybe like 3 cars in drive thru, and one Uber Eats waiting on their order. No one acknowledged me even though manager Alonso was up front he did turn around after maybe 3 minutes and asked me give him a second, which I did, I waited and then after another maybe 5 minutes he asked me what I wanted, I asked for a tender strip combo with a side of red beans and rice and a mango tea, he told me to hold on and repeat it again, so I did. Then I told him my second combo and again he asked me to repeat the order which I did no attitude from me then the third combo I also repeated three times, then I paid. I sat down with my two teenage kids and waited food didn’t take long and the young boy that helped us was very nice and asked if I needed anything else. He was so much more customer friendly than the manager. My spicy tender strip meal was kinda cold and I had asked for red beans and rice in the side and they gave me mashed potatoes but I wasn’t gonna go back up there and wait even longer since my food was already kinda cold. So I just ate my food. Well when I was leaving I went up to order just a chicken sandwich to go, and I waited maybe 5 to 8 minutes, and that’s that a couple of crew members came up and saw me and they didn’t even acknowledge me, one women looked at me as she walked to the front and she just grabbed whatever she needed and went back to what she was doing, finally the manger came out and he ask for my order which was a basic sandwich to go, he rings it up but doesn’t complete it all the way and he goes back to his office, and I’m waiting like 2 minutes he comes back I tell him that it’s not letting me pay and he tells me to try again, and goes back into his office, and by now I’m annoyed. Cause how can you. It wait until I complete my transaction for you to go back into your office so I yell out, hey it’s it letting me pay you have to redo it. He comes back and sighs and says ok try again. And then I was finally able to pay. And I. Inform him that my sandwich is ready cause the boy from the back brought it up and Alonso just yells out can someone give her the sandwich. I’m like wow this is the worst customer service I have ever had. He is not manager material. They need to retrain him and let him know that even when it’s busy or if they are busy doing something else that they need to tell the customer hey I see you and I will be right with you instead of being so dismissive. But the one you crew member he was very nice he’s the one that gave me my orders and asked if I needed anything else. I wish I had gotten his name. Anyway I don’t think I will be dining at this Popeyes again.

There has been several occasions that my chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease. This location and the bissonnet and cook location really makes Popeyes look bad. I have not ever tried krispy Crunchy chicken that’s also not far from my home but i’m considering it. Today they left my pregnant daughters food out the bag that she had walked to get. This is substandard service.

Every time I go to this location something goes wrong either with my order or with the very, very rude person at the drive thru. If she doesn’t like her job and can’t give good customer service she try a different job. I will never go to this location again. I like Popeye’s chicken but I will be buying from other location even those this is the closest to my home.
