Double Black Diamond Martini to start (dangerously good), Lobster Spinach Queso and Onion Rings for the table, and a 7 oz filet medium-rare with blue cheese for me. Absolute perfection.

Lovely chain restaurant that feels much more like a neighborhood establishment than a chain experience. Well trained server who was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Food well timed, well seasoned, and presented very hot. Full bar with reasonable prices.

Another yummy date night dinner at Firebird’s. The only negative, well not really negative but for me, uncomfortable is a better word. The temperature in the main dining area is just slightly north of the artic circle! I have learned to always take a jacket inside with me! (First world problems! )

Atmosphere was enjoyable and service was nice inviting and food was delivered in a fairly timed manner.
Food was a little bland. Ordered the ribeye a Parmesan potatoes. Steak was lacking flavor and didn’t have enough marbling. Parmesan potatoes were ok.
Parmesan crusted chicken tasted as expected.
Drinks are well made but the serving are small for the price.
Probably will not return. Meal wasn’t worth it for the price

Drinks were fantastic. Tomahawk pork was so under cooked but very flavorful. Spicy chicken pasta the chicken was over cooked.
We ordered a 3 course meal salad entree and dessert. We never got the salad we also ordered liquior drink that we never received. The appetizer came out with the meal cold. We did not complain other than to ask for what we didn’t get to be taken off the bill. The manager never even came to say anything.
Mind you it was not busy when we came it was only 5:15pm

It was a fantastic outing for us. The restaurant is very spacious and felt roomy and very beautifully decorated inside. Our server is warm and friendly. We ordered smoked chicken wings which are yummy, and all the entrees are delicious. Firebirds wood fired grill special chicken pasta is a must try. Overall we loved the experience and we didn’t like a dish and manager took that off our check. Our server can be a little bit more attentive and caring. We will be back soon.
