I experienced wonderful customer service with all four of the employees in the drive-through today. this is one of my favorite locations and I will continue to be a frequent customer. i love customizing my food with the mcd app

Ordered at the drive thru. Was cut off multiple times by the woman taking my order. She got annoyed and claimed she couldn’t hear me and just kept telling me to drive up. I’m not a soft spoken person. When I got to the pay window I asked the girl there if I could finish my order because the other woman was a hastle. She was very nice and tried to help me finish my order but what I had was all messed up. She needed a managers approval to fix it. The manager was the woman who took my order and was very annoyed. She fixed my order and left. I picked up my order at the next window and the girl there had no idea what was happening. She almost didn’t get all my drinks. All that and my order was still wrong!

I have never seen anything like the McDonalds on Wakefield and Main Street. (Same franchise)Nor in my life other than these two have seen it take over 20 minutes for every order and still get the wrong food. This is about has simple as a job as you can have 90% of food is premade you legit have to reheat and package it. Also update your damn headsets my husband I have to yell our order and they still ask what. We are very clear with our words or we have to dumb down the order so much and they type it wrong causing missing items and extra items

I mean, it’s a McDonald’s… I’m not expecting top teir service… but they could definitely do better. You see a lot of not friendly employees who literally don’t say anything to you. You see them mess up the easiest orders to ever exist. You wait a really long time for one cheeseburger. But again, it’s a McDonald’s so… what do you expect. Decent food tho.

The place was quick, it was late lunch early dinner time I guess you can say & they were pretty quick wit it… Just a little bit on the warm side though that’s why I’m giving 4stars rn. Always usually don’t have the frappe machine up & working which sucks but it’s alright & convenient…

I’ve always been dreadful of rochester and it’s places but I’ve got to say this Mc Donald’s is amazing I miss the fireplace for sure but their new renovation is nice and the customer service made me feel like I needed to leave a good tip. Food and drinks were delivered to my table and the staff checked in twice to make sure I didn’t need anything and with perfect timing too as I had just run out of ranch! The gentleman brought it over right away. Amazing service great job Rochester McDonald’s on Wakefield st! I’ll definitely start coming here all the time again!
