EDIT: Corporate and the local franchise reached out to me with a couple of days with an apology and offered to mail me coupons. While the burgers we got last time were a disappointment, it was one time out of the many times we’ve been to the Langsford location, and more often than not, the food is great. We’ll be back to give them another try. Appreciate them very much for reaching out. I figured with how big McDonalds is, we’d never hear back on it, and I was pleasantly surprised.

This is how I received my quarter pounder meal. Missing one side of the bun and nothing other than cheese. Cold food. Waited far too long. This location used to be good and over the last few months has been so bad, I’ll be going out of my way for a better location. Reported this on the website.

This McDonald’s seems to be very consistent for breakfast and lunch. With high volumes. You’ll always have to deal with mistakes but for whole they do very well and making sure the customer gets what they wanted.
Friendly staff and the food is as good as any other McDonald’s can make it…
All McDonald’s have a hard time keeping up with the rush. Think about what they do today as opposed to in the past… You have drive-thru. You have in-store customers and doordash. I would not want to keep that all straight.

So I’m in a hurry today and i opt to get McDonald’s for the family so of course it’s a 50 dollar order. I get to the window and this lady has put this whole entire order into one single medium sized bag which was ripping down the side when she handed it to us because it’s stuffed so full. No rhyme or reason to how the bag was packed just stuff thrown in wherever. The bag is too full to even attempt to close it to keep the food warm. This bag of food is so disheveled it’s impossible to check to see if we have everything because it’s literally falling apart. Get home and items are missing. If we could just stop carelessly trying to stuff as much stuff into one bag as possible that would be great.
It was a bag that said 5 items on the bottom and they packed 12 items into it and would have been 14 items had they not missed 2 nuggets

It’s hit or miss. Half the time the fries are old and cold. They definitely don’t always follow the timers like they should. Likely to keep down food costs. Most locations do this though. The people are always friendly, but the food value just isn’t there like it used to be due to rising prices.
Always make sure to check the app for a coupon. Some items seem to always be Buy 1 get 1 for $1 when you order through the app but not at the drive through.

Ordered two happy meals and to five dollar meals. ALL our French fries were stale and disgusting!! Please let me know who I can call for a refund or to get fresh fries!! The lady who took our order was very patient with us, the sweet tea was amazing the burgers and nuggets were great!

I ordered on the app and picked up curbside. The lady that brought my order out was very nice. I got home and the patties on my burger were so shriveled up and hard and my mcchicken was old and chewy. I did enjoy my Dr. pepper though

Clean, reasonably staffed, the drive thru crawls so I typically go inside to order at the kiosk, however, the kiosk almost NEVER print receipts so no one knows their order number.

I have gone to two different store to try to get food, both stores did not have any signs up stating they are closed only other than one place that had a “closed at 9 pm” that one with that signed is the one on Chipman Road. There were cars in the parking lot and no one picking up the phone. I know that it’s New Year’s Day but have no signs up stating that you are close is unprofessional and seeing cars in the parking up and the lights on, I worked in the fast food business so I know a few things. But never would I ever not answer someone in the drive through when you have been open for an HOUR nor pick up the phone. Both stores had MULTIPLE cars we had to inform that no one was taking orders even tho lights are on and cars are in the parking lot.

It was nearly empty, so service was fast. Not sure how I feel just being able to use the lips, what if I have questions. I’d have to leave the kios ask questions and then go back to the kios and potentially lose my place at the kios. Anyway, overall experience was good.
