I am not normally one to leave a review but I feel like I need to. I placed a pickup order online and after placing it I waited in my car at the restaurant for about 10 minutes until it said my order was ready. When I went in it was pretty busy and I’m very patient so I wasn’t worried. However people started cutting in line and the workers were allowing it. I ended up waiting for about 15 minutes inside and then found out that they never even started my order even though it said it was ready online. None of the workers even acknowledged that I was there even though I was at the counter for 15 minutes. There were other people with pickup orders that cut in front of line and when they said they had a pick up order the workers just ignored everyone else in the store and started making their order. They even started taking an older gentleman’s order and cut him off as he was speaking because someone else cut in line so they started making their order instead. The reason I am leaving this review is not becaus I am upset with the workers but a better system needs put in place to differentiate pick up orders versus in store orders. It should not have said that my order was ready until it actually was and the workers need to acknowledge people even if it is going to be a long wait and everyone needs to wait their turn. I will give props to the workers though who are very calm under pressure and I know that people probably weren’t the nicest to them so good job for that. But please do not allow multiple people to cut in line. Also, please update your system so that it is accurate and make sure you acknowledge people that are spending money in your business especially those who are standing their patiently and not being rude.

Last night we went through the drive through. When we got home they had put my red beans and rice in the bag sideways. So needless to say it was spilled all over everything in the bag. Then we open our box of chicken tenders and they were so over cooked you would have thought we asked for jerky. My husband ate the only two pieces that might be edible, and got food poisoning later in the evening. The food was trash, frankly the employees seemed annoyed they had to do their job. It was an overall terrible experience. We won’t be back.

Nicole made the end of my day perfect. Picked my son up a new Freddy’s meal. They were out of the cupcake so we went with the strawberry cream cheese pie as an alternative….which he loved better. My son was so happy. Thank you Nicole for making my day better

Usually on point. Today for an online order from ordering to having the chicken in my hands, 40 minutes. 20 spent in the store waiting. There’s no organization. People just walk in and walk up and get serviced as they walk up to the counter. Employees saying they haven’t had breaks. Doing orders in any order. Not sure what’s going on here but management needs to try to manage the situation. I’m sorry extra chicken doesn’t make up for my time being wasted this time.

Going on 40 min just sitting in drive thru waiting to get food. 4 o clock on a Monday and only had 3 cars in front of me. I could have caught a chicken, killed it and cooked it myself by now. Get to window and they said. What did you have?

I am pissed. That’s all I can say. I would say more , but i’m going to be mindful for what I say. They were wasting my time I had places to be and I was in a time crunch. My order took like 30 mins to get to me. I was waiting by the trash can forever and I decided to walk in. Workers were acting like they couldn’t see me waiting to get help just walking around looking clueless as ever. Everybody just played honestly , I could never. This location is horrible , workers terrible too. Not doing their job properly. Spent damn near $40 , and didn’t even get my buffalo wing rub. However I didn’t even acknowledge to go back inside to get it fixed. That’s how pissed I am. This place ruined my whole mood. All the other locations are better!!! Don’t come here if you’re looking for you’re time to be wasted and not be appreciated!!!

I want to share a comment about a particular employee there name is Gale, she greets everybody that enters the store, always smiling, happy, works very hard in getting your order to u, making sure your order is exactly what u ordered, goes out of her way to help everybody, knows her job well, u can tell her employees all like her, i have never see her disrespect nobody, u can tell customers are happy to see when she is working, she never is just standing around the restaurant industry needs more employees like her, can’t say enough about her.
Gale needs recognized by upper management for her services that she gives.

I received the worst service ever from a Popeyes Restaurant. Employees don’t know their products, he tried to over charge me for the Fansville Wing Deal – 12pc wing w/ free drink for $20.00. As a customer I have every right to question the legitimacy of the sale. Employee and manager both RUDE!

Be very very very careful my chicken was not cooked all the way it still had blood at the bone meat area and it was cold still .The side items that came with the meal was cold and had hard pieces in the Mac and cheese. I would never serve this ever it would make me sick if I did disappointed in this please .For it to consider itself as a family place maybe try not poison those family .
