If I could rate this visit with negative stars, I would. This was terrible. The young lady who took my order was not rude, but she was not pleasant either. I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder and was then told I had to wait . When I was finally given my food, it was FAR from deluxe. There was one old hamburger patty that was burned on one side and the meat was tough. There were hardly any toppings or condiments. It was disgusting. And the manager handed me my order and quickly closed the window ans walked away. They knew that it was not acceptable, so she purposely did not give me my receipt so I could not track it. I was in a hurry and unfortunately could not go back. But don’t worry. I won’t EVER go there again.

My receipt printed barely legible and was told by the first window worker to ask for a reprint at the second window. At the second window, the lady working was extremely nice and apologetic but when she asked her manager to reprint it I could hear the manager loudly complaining saying “WELL I DONT KNOW WHAT SHE WANT ME TO DO ITS GONNA DO THE SAME THING”. Which doesn’t make sense logically for two different printers but I just drove off because I wasn’t going to go back and forth with that lady on my lunch break. Horrible management but other employees are nice.

This store doesn’t even deserve a star!! I’m one the most nicest, friendly, and understanding person that you’ll meet, but when I’m faced with BAD customer service and BAD attitudes it changes my who demnor ! I’ve worked at McDonald’s as a teenager and adult and I NEVER would have treated any the way customers and myself was treated today! I don’t care if you’re the janitor or the cashier you should ALWAYS take pride in what you do! If you have an attitude, CALL OUT! Rolling your eyes, and acting bothered is NOT the characteristics of a customer service worker! We as customers understand that things get hectic and that you will encounter rude customers, but when you are dealing with respectful customers there is NO WAY you should make them feel like they’re bothering you because they simply want to order! There need the be a customer service training at this location! The service was awful, my fries were hard, nuggets was cold, and the burger was just thrown together! I waisted not only my money, but my WHOLE lunch break waiting! None of us was greeted or told I’ll be right with you! NOTHING but a nasty attitude! Jobs are hard to find so being able to work is a blessing! I’ll never come back to this location!

I’m out of town. It was 7:00 am on March 3, 2026. Had to eat my breakfast really fast to continue my journey. I saw a few bad reviews, but I had no options. For my surprise, the service was really fast and very friendly. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you guys!!!

Went through the drive through and I’m missing a fry. They never answer the phone at this location. I don’t have time to return I have to go to work. This is the second time this has happened to me in a month. Got food for my kids and mine is missing. I want a full refund . I don’t have time to keep calling a store that won’t pick up the phone. Do better get better managers better workers and get a phone! I need to be able to report when the order I paid for is wrong.

I used the McDonalds app to place an order. I ordered a 1/4 pounder w/cheese no salt, hot fudge sundae, and an ice cream cone. Spent over 20 mins in drive through at 9:30 at night waiting. Got to the pickup window and was told they were out of ice cream. How does McDonalds run out of ice cream at 9:30 at night??? Either poor management or they wanted to clean the machine early.
My 1/4 pounder w/cheese had salt on it so I couldn’t eat it due to blood pressure issues.
Worst McDonalds I have been to. They couldn’t even figure out how to refund my money for the items I wasn’t getting.

The whole staff was replaced a few months ago due to slow and bad service. New staff came in and did really good for roughly a couple months. Now they are up to their old ways. Slowly they have reverted back. Today has forced me to leave a review. We ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries. The sandwiches only had chicken, bread and pickles. Also the chicken was very mushy. The fries had both been thrown upside down in the bag. On top of the 15 minute wait that it took to get it. Everyone behind us was waiting as long as well. We are not even eating the sandwiches. The lady that took our order kept saying is that it? After my husband ordered each item. Then when she took our money she didnt say a word and slammed the window shut as my hubby said thank you. If you want the worst McDonalds and service you have ever had, than this is the place for you.

Nice but automated. I just wanted a strawberry shake and after five minutes of fiddling around with the electronic menu no shakes were available so I left. Average food menu was approximately $10.00. I’d rather go to Olive Garden for the price…
